Responses in the FAQs, from the property, indicated (and still to this date indicate) the pool would be heated which was not the case. The pool water was so cold we could not use the pool. Advised when we got to the property we needed to inform them we wanted the pool heated a day before we arrived and this would have cost an extra €300/€400. At no point prior to our arrival was up this information shared. We were only a family of 3 yet there was not enough hot water for each of us to take a warm shower each morning. Considering the property is advertised as luxurious we felt there were some pretty basic things missing such as tea towels, while all of the mugs that were provided were chipped. Expected better.

White furniture with young children =stress .Nothing other than an broom to clean , pool area got sandy(?from what as not near a beach) pool water after a couple of days appeared murky and not a lovely blue colour like the surrounding pools .

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. It is an absolutely fantastic location if you are looking for private, quiet and a relaxed holiday. The owners are always friendly and happy to help should there be any issues. The views are spectacular, the surrounding area has a number of villas and houses that seem to be holiday homes but also local residents who live there, we met a few whilst walking and all very friendly. The villa itself is a really lovely place. Everything is very clean and tidy and secure. I do agree with some other comments that it does need a bit of attention with regards to the external area painting etc. But this seems to be linked to the design as the others with same build seem to have the same issue possibly due to rainfall over time. However I am also appreciative of the recent challenges during lockdown, as such I am sure that these are easy fixes and will be done in the future. If you are looking for an private place with your own pool to relax and get away from other people for a few days. I highly reccomend this villa.

As above nothing that we didn't like. Just needs a touch of paint and a bit of work on pool tiles.

We stayed here as a family of 6 which included 1 child. Starting off the views from the villa were amazing, the location of the villa was great once you know the area and places to go which will be detailed within the review. We chose to hire a car and this did make travelling around easier to places such as Alicante, El Campello and Benidorm. These were all within a 30 minute drive meaning you could enjoy the beach, water parks, zoo’s and all tourist areas with ease. We noted a bus stop approximately a 10 minute walk from the villa aswell as one being in the centre of Busot, which travels to El Campello which is a coastal market town. We located nearby a few restaurants and bars these being; Graces which is an English run location by Steve. This is more of a pub with British food and chilled atmosphere - 30 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Vibes which is also an English run location by Nathan. This is a new up and coming bar, looking to invest in a food kitchen. - 30 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Polly which is a sports bar. We did not attend this location but it appeared to have a communal swimming pool, tennis court and football pitch. - 30 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Tapas bar which is located behind the police station just off of the main roundabout in Busot. This restaurant is not on the map and we did not try it out however it was highly recommended by locals. - 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Within the centre of Busot; Paola which is a cafe/bar, we enjoyed a few drinks here. - 45 minute walk (quite hilly) or 5 minute drive. Bar Molina which is a cafe/bar, we enjoyed a few coffees and snacks at this location. The coffee was amazing! Jouve & Sully which is a French Restaurant, we did not try this however it looked beautiful. Ca tona which is a restaurant where we enjoyed dinner, this was located in a very pretty square which was surrounded by the church and 2 other restaurants. The menu was limited but tasty.

We would have given a higher star rating however we felt that we needed to mark it down slightly due to the few issues raised. Also we felt that the villa needed a bit of TLC as there were many cracked in the walls, paint chips throughout and cracked/unstable pool tiles. With these amendments it would deserve a higher rating.

We wanted a private villa in a quiet location and this was exactly what we got. The villa itself was very spacious, with all necessary facilities and peripherals needed for out stay. The views from the villa are spectacular looking across the mountain ranges and out towards the sea, especially sat watching the sunset.

There wasnt anything about the place that we didnt like. What could further enhance the villa is some outdoor sofas to relax on, we like to sit outside on an evening and although there are places to sit around dining tables and some small chairs around the side which is great, sofas would be even better. However this is no way a negative and a very minor suggestion to a fantastic place.

Everything. Clean, modern, Great hosts who were very helpful in every aspect. Nice pool. Security of property Hosts were able to accommodate early check in and late check out to assist us as this was a very last minute booking.
