Fantastic hotel in a perfect location.
the staff on reception were incredibly helpful. They were as good as any hotel concierge staff we have ever experienced. thank you so much. the restaurant staff were just as helpful for breakfast. The room was perfectly cleaned.
There was nothing to dislike. All the staff at this hotel were excellent. thanks so much. We will be back soon.

Property was central & the breakfast was good
For a hotel that expensive, the bottled water in the room should not be filled by hand & have an acidic taste. Very disappointing. There are sealed bottles that take the place of plastic bottles

La chambre était immense et très bien décorée. La climatiques était parfaitement réglée et silencieuse. Nous sommes arrivées à 9h et la chambre était déjà prête.

Gentillesse du personnel, joli hotel
Le confort: bruit de l’air co ( chambre donnant sur l’endroit où se trouvaient les machines d’air co) vraiment insupportable. En plus il faisait plus chaud dans la chambre qu’à l’extérieur . Et impossibilité selon l’hôtel de changer de chambre. Plus jamais!

En general todo muy bien, lo mejor las personas que nos atendieron.
No es que no me gustará, pero la plaza de parking que nos tocó era muy pequeña. Y tuve que hacer alguna peripecia para salir por el lado del copiloto.

Eldre folk kan ikke løfte beina å gå opp i badekaret for å dusje selvom det var håndtak på venstre side. Farlig glatt. Umulig få på håndusjen når du må holde deg fast

Loved the fabulous greeting upon arrival. The hotel itself was stunning. The food was great. The room was very tastefully decorated and very spacious.

Minor problems and misunderstanding with payments because I arranged 5 family's hotel rooms and some families arrived little bit earlier than me. Originally others haven't had to do anything with payments because payment was reserved before from my credit card.

We loved everything about this hotel, it was a beautiful building with the most exquisite interior. The rooms were luxurious and so quiet. Location absolutely perfect for beach and exploring the old town. The staff were very helpful.

Service, kindness and professionalism of the employees, breakfast was als very good. We took an upgrade to superior room, that was extra nice.
The only thing, we also have shared with the reception, was the loudness within the superior room. We could hear our neighbors brushing their teeth. Besides that, everything was great!
