Nice modern apartment with nice outlook to mountains and small steam

Maybe the fact that the apartment is on 4 levels with stairs could be advertised better, especially for older people or people with disabilities.

Some of the apartment needed repairs. The toilet roll holder, the bathroom floor, the kitchen tap mixer, and also the shower door would not close, to name a few. However the apartment was warm and comfortable, which is what was important for us. Also, Sky would have been appreciated.

It was clean and had good views

It had lots if stairs, which WERE NOT SHOWN AT ALL IN YOUR OFFER. You come in to the kitchen, then stairs to the living room, more stairs to the first room and more stairs to the second room and bathroom. UNACCEPTABLE!! The bathroom had lots if broken floor tiles, dangerous to walk barefoot. For this reason we were offered a 25 NZD Per day discount on the price, WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED. We stayed there one night, had booked for 3 but asked to be changed to another home without all those stairs for the other 2 nights and agreed to pay 200 NZD difference (were asked for 245 NZD) but the operator Ray agreed on 200 NZD for having been cheated on the stairs. We NEVER RECEIVED THE 25 NZD DISCOUNT, although we claimed them to Ray. Still expecting this to happen. Also the kitchen had flaws, not good sealing around the kitchen sink, all black with mold and smelly.
