Super clean, everything setup and so many supplies for us to use! Definitely love to stay again and would recommend this place to anyone.

The house was beautifully appointed with stylish furnishings and every comfort needed. On top of this, the elevated position meant stunning views over the lake to the mountains. Would definitely recommend.

The pillows didn’t match the quality of the property - they were lumpy and lightweight so a little uncomfortable. Also, it was a half hour steep walk into town or a five minute drive. That’s a price we were certainly willing to pay but sore walking legs made this a challenge occasionally!

Everything! Amazing panoramic views appreciated by floor to ceiling glass windows on both floors. Every room was styled beautifully and comfortably and facilities were very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Hosts were very helpful and quick to reply for anything you need. Easy keyless entry. The property is only about 10min drive from town and there is onsite parking.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Beautiful house well fitted out with all modern conveniences. Close to town in a quiet location. Fantastic unobstructed wide views over the Queenstown lake and mountains. Hosts have clearly gone the extra mile to make you feel comfortable with a welcome bottle of wine, a book on the house including instructions on how to use the facilities and some info on Queenstown, quality linen and comfortable beds, board games for the family, TV's in every room and unlimited Internet. Kudos to the hosts - Will definitely be back again!

only one minor complaint (and I mean very very minor, otherwise perfect) one of the electric windows in the upstairs living area was stuck open, so a cold breeze would come through when watching TV at night. I am sure this will be fixed for the next visitors though.
