bedsheet is dusty, mattress is old, can hear the spring sound when move around, no hand wash soap provided, toilet mat looks dirty, kitchen cookware and kettle is not usable (rusty)

All the facilities and amenities are provided. Got Cuckoo water dispenser to provide hot and cold water also. No need to boil water. There are 2 rooms, can accommodate 5-6 people. Location is good, we are here for medical purpose at Hospital Putrajaya. Will consider to book this accommodation again next time.
There are mold on top of the bathroom door. No toilet paper in toilet. The shower head of master room is leaking, and the knob of shower is loosen already. But still can be used. Pls take note on this.

The towel, the pillow and bedsheet. Perhaps need to consider to change. The towel smell something so we dont dare to use..
