Clean. however, please provide a few more towels. two bath towels plus one floor towel are not enough. there’s no hand towels to wipe our hands clean or even tumblers for us to rinse our mouths. other than the lack of hand towels and tumblers, all other aspects of what can be expected in hotels are wonderful.

it will be wonderful if hotel can have a card to remind visitors to keep their volume down or even have their loud and noisy children to keep to their minimum volume after 10.30 pm. envision the shock when children next door were still shouting and playing at 11pm.

The location. Supermarket at ground level. Lake, food truck, restaurant (Umai), government offices, bank within walking distance. Room was spacious.

1. The car park ramp was quite narrow. I stumble upon a forklift at the skew corner. 2. Need to queue for check in at 3.30pm because there was also few group of family check in at the same time. Maybe hotel should upgrade to self check in system for customers that have paid for the room prior arriving at the hotel. 3. Only 1 water bottle was provided, need to add water by myself at the water dispenser. Don’t know whether it’s for the sake of environment or for the sake of hotel expenses 🤷🏻‍♀️

Booking.com! Booking.com did not accomodate with breakfast eventhough i took "including breakfast" package. Why should i pay more even if i couldn't get what i paid for!

Room was OK, the bed was a bit stiff but comfortable for a night stay. water pressure for the shower is superb, toilet & room is clean. location was good as it is near the mosque and food truck near the lake. bring your sport shoes as you can run at the gym or along the lake during the evening. there's 7eleven downstairs and supermarket.

Only that the bed was super comfortable to sleep in and the very friendly and helpful staffs.

A lot could have been better, it seems like the hotel was good in their early years of operation. The hotel's look gave a very bad first impression prior to reaching, I guess there are no maintenance being done in terms of its visual. The hotel also seemed understaffed. My business partners came to have a meeting over coffee but the receptionist informed us that there was no staff available to serve at their cafe long after we sat down. My choice to book this hotel was based on the photos provided where there were more good than bad instead of going through the reviews. In my opinion, don't judge a hotel by its cover, go through the reviews for a better understanding. And why doesn't the toilet door come with a lock? Not having a door knob on the sliding toilet door makes sense, but a lock is self explanatory. The price was not worth the stay. Overall a 4/10 for my experience.
