Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast spread was excellent. I would come again for another stay.

We booked for three rooms. During check in, only one room was ready while the other two were not available yet. Had to wait till 6pm to get the other rooms but were given complementary late check out till 2pm. The front desk apologizes many times for the inconvenience so we were fine with it. Pool was a bit small

It not sound proof because I can hear the toilet flash sound and shower sound next door very clear. Besides，the waze direction really confusing.

The check in process is very slow. Long waiting queue.First room have lizard 🦎 on my bed .I call the receptionist but take time they r too busy . And they are successful in resolving them. They changed my room . The buffet food was so delicious especially the roti canai ,nasi lemak and beehon sup. Toilet is beautiful

Breakfast spread was good.

The room was clean, but for that 1 night we stayed at room 601, we found 3 baby cockroaches at different times of the day. First was when we juz entered the room, less than 30 mins. 2nd was at night after we came back from dinner outside. 3rd was in the morning before going breakfast.

The bellman, the valet, front office staff during check in. Overall the restaurant staff was great as well.

Communication problems between the departments that led to service delays and wasting our time. Need to fix these internally and improve the level of service of a five star hotel.

Incomplete decoration not as per discussed. No sorry for that as i had informed the duty manager on this. Its a bit frustrated as i have paid full for that. No plastic for the dustbin. Already called housekeeping not answered. I can see a lot of cockroashes in cupboard/toilet. A bit concern on this. Even just small one.

stayed at 6th floor, facing to bridge and lake, it is a good scene. breakfast is variety of choices inclusive section for vegetarian. i like the cashless parking invention. thanks for a couple of swan on the bed.

Parking space is limited and turning curve is so challenging. A baby cockroach was found on the sink tap area, don't worry, i just kill it without calling to front desk.

Extremely beautiful 😻 in fact the photos are nothing compared to seeing the rooms live . Very modern & beautiful.

To be honest, I liked everything about the hotel . However, I saw not one , two or three cockroaches 🪳. That was the only deal breaker. I even took a picture of one small roach. I gues it’s because of the in room dining. Kindly do something it’s disgusting to see roaches in such a beautiful room.

Location nearby Putrajaya attraction’s. The view from the room is wonderful.

The aircond takes too long to cool the room. The pillow case are smelly, seems like they didn’t change it to a new one. No hanger to hang the towel/clothes inside the toilet.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The breakfast was great with many varieties. We were very happy given the room facing the Putra Mosque.

Odd noises from adjacent rooms at night

1. Room is spacious and very clean! Room 823; 29-30 July, 2023. 2. Except for the mini-fridge (stains on the door pockets and adjustable shelf) and the toilet bowl, the rest of the room (desk, shelves, drawers, sink, bathtub, sheets, TV remote, etc) was clean and/or well cleaned. 3. Ample drawer and shelf storage space. 4. Comfortable pillows. 5. Requested and received a quiet room with lake view. 6. Good selection of food for breakfast; same with room service menu. 7. Within walking distance to nearby (limited choice) restaurant, fast-food, cafe (10-15min walk). Have to drive about 7mins to the nearest shops (across bridge to warung mamak, laundry, 99 Mart, pharmacy etc).

1. Very limited parking bays. (There was a Function on 29 July Sat - basement P1 P2 parking closed as it was full). 2. Over-extended check-out caused by said Function in turn caused guests checking in to be delayed by almost 2hrs! 3. No hand soap, though toiletries provided. 4. Cannot adjust air-conditioner in room to desired temperature. Thermostat set to 20°C but room temperature remained around 23-25°C. 5. No directory/instruction on room phone about what extension numbers to call for Front Desk/Reception or Room Service or Housekeeping. 6. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME MY REQUEST FOR EXTRA BOTTLED DRINKING WATER IS DENIED!! The request was made by calling the Reception. Answer given was: Two bottles per room per day ONLY. FYI, ALL OTHER HOTELS I've stayed with have graciously provided, and/or offered extra bottles of water (even coffee/tea) except here! Amazing! 7. Dustbins in the room are not lined with rubbish bags! 8. No temperature control on mini-fridge; takes a long time to cool room-temp beverages. 9. Have to drive about 7mins to the nearest shops (across bridge to warung mamak, laundry, 99 Mart, pharmacy etc).

Location, view from room. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs especially at lobby are very friendly and helpful. My son was on crutches and he needed a wheelchair to move around easier and the hotel staffs were quick to provide one.

Water pressure from shower is low. ☹️ Toilet was easily flooded, seems that it was clogged. Limited parking space especially when there’s event at the hotel.
