The view of the pink mosque was the only good thing from our stay at Zenith.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Putrajaya. It was a waste of my money. The staff was unhelpful when we realised that we couldn't charge our phone in the room we asked reception if they had a spare adaptor and they just said no we don't know!! So, then we asked them if there was a shop nearby where we could buy one. They suggested a shop 30 minutes away by car or 2 hours away by foot. Since we stayed in KL prior, the hotel there had international adapters in the room, so we assume they'll have the same here since it's a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mould everywhere, a cracked toilet cover, and a broken sink basin. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, with food that looked like it had been sitting out for more than a day. Although it was during Ramadan and understandably not very busy, the food should have been fresh. There was no chef on the buffet, and there were plenty of fruit flies on the fruits, salad, and cheese. The food should have at least been covered. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a little bit more!

Location is amazing with beautiful bedroom views

The rooms have a very bad smell, almost like a damp smell.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast spread was excellent. I would come again for another stay.

We booked for three rooms. During check in, only one room was ready while the other two were not available yet. Had to wait till 6pm to get the other rooms but were given complementary late check out till 2pm. The front desk apologizes many times for the inconvenience so we were fine with it. Pool was a bit small

It not sound proof because I can hear the toilet flash sound and shower sound next door very clear. Besides，the waze direction really confusing.

The check in process is very slow. Long waiting queue.First room have lizard 🦎 on my bed .I call the receptionist but take time they r too busy . And they are successful in resolving them. They changed my room . The buffet food was so delicious especially the roti canai ,nasi lemak and beehon sup. Toilet is beautiful

The first room has a lizard in bed. The swimming pool is too small. Check in very slow

The room was clean, but for that 1 night we stayed at room 601, we found 3 baby cockroaches at different times of the day. First was when we juz entered the room, less than 30 mins. 2nd was at night after we came back from dinner outside. 3rd was in the morning before going breakfast.

The bellman, the valet, front office staff during check in. Overall the restaurant staff was great as well.

Communication problems between the departments that led to service delays and wasting our time. Need to fix these internally and improve the level of service of a five star hotel.

Accept last minute request for birthday room decoration.

Incomplete decoration not as per discussed. No sorry for that as i had informed the duty manager on this. Its a bit frustrated as i have paid full for that. No plastic for the dustbin. Already called housekeeping not answered. I can see a lot of cockroashes in cupboard/toilet. A bit concern on this. Even just small one.

stayed at 6th floor, facing to bridge and lake, it is a good scene. breakfast is variety of choices inclusive section for vegetarian. i like the cashless parking invention. thanks for a couple of swan on the bed.

Parking space is limited and turning curve is so challenging. A baby cockroach was found on the sink tap area, don't worry, i just kill it without calling to front desk.

Extremely beautiful 😻 in fact the photos are nothing compared to seeing the rooms live . Very modern & beautiful.

To be honest, I liked everything about the hotel . However, I saw not one , two or three cockroaches 🪳. That was the only deal breaker. I even took a picture of one small roach. I gues it’s because of the in room dining. Kindly do something it’s disgusting to see roaches in such a beautiful room.

Location nearby Putrajaya attraction’s. The view from the room is wonderful.

The aircond takes too long to cool the room. The pillow case are smelly, seems like they didn’t change it to a new one. No hanger to hang the towel/clothes inside the toilet.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The breakfast was great with many varieties. We were very happy given the room facing the Putra Mosque.
