I just stayed for 2 days. I paid $350/night - I couldn't enjoy it because it was raining all the time. (But it's not their fault).
Pros: location, pool, size of the apartment, balcony,
cons: the apartment needs an upgrade: furniture, bed (make noises) bed sheets, bathtub, elevator was not working, the beach was full of seaweed and the tides too strong.
If you are looking for luxury ...this is not the place for you.

Because of elevator issues, we were move to another property(210). Some issues:
- a/c did not work in master bedroom
- cable tv in master bedroom did not work
- we had no replacement light bulbs. One went out
- guest bathroom toilet did not work properly.
- master bedroom sliding door to terrace, had no security lock. Hard to close.
- no power for 12 hours

The condo was nice. The property amenities were nice as well. Stairwell needs to be cleaned up but overall an enjoyable stay.

Nice place to stay for one week...we stayed for short time
Excellent....my only recommendation will be better bedding /sheets...the bedding was clean , but the first appearance looks old and dirty.

The realtors need to pay attention to detail. They left one towel per guest, the kitchen smelled due a clogged garbage disposal, the bidet water faucets and balcony door needs repair. The owner should consider changing curtains, removing rugs and outdated decorations. The property could benefit by painting the walls with a white or clearer paint..

Great vacation spot
We had a great time! The condo has a large balcony with a view of the ocean and pool area. It was spacious and clean. We look forward to going back!

We had a wonderful time
The property is sligthly dated and still need fixing from hurricane impact (window and sliding door, kitchen, sofa bed, etc.). For the price I would expect a property in better condition. A BBQ would be a great addition. But the property was clean and cozy and we had a wonderful time. The days were sunny perfect. The beach was flat during our stay and the pools clean and not too crowded. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, and we all had a wonderful time. We will visit again if we find a lower rate.
