Basic clean room with nice garden and pool.

The kitchen utensils were terrible. Pan had peeling teflon, the stove didn’t work and there was no pot. A wooden cooking stick or spatula would have been nice too.

the only thing was that no drinking water was provided.

Great location in such a cute,quiet town. Walkable to everything. The pool was clean and nice to have the option to sit and get to know your neighbours,or sit on the deck out front under the palms. We were so taken with what a nice little casa it was we decided to stay two nights upon arriving.

It would be difficult to have a long stay here with just a hot plate,but everything else you need is there.

Quiet place near the beach with a nice little pool. The property was well maintained and there were beach towels provided.

Our room didn’t have blankets for the beds or a TV which all the other rooms had. (It was a cold winter night). A few more basic supplies would really make a difference.

Sisal is an extremely quiet town, Everything closes around 6 pm...didn't realize TV in room would be missed...

it’s near to all places in the small town Sisal, just a block behind the beach. the rooms are spacious and you have the basic in the kitchenette for prepare breakfast.

the house had everything we needed to have a good time, good location, good size rooms, clean toilet, fridge, dishes, good table, chairs, comfy beds, swimming pool and tan beds. we asked for additional pillows and towels and we were provided with them

the only thing that would be well appreciated is water as we didn’t get anything, we wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for a garrafón that can be bought in Mexico

The location is close to the beach (within 5 minutes).

Love the size. Very close to the beach. Has a basic kitchen setup allowing us to save a little money and cook there. Very friendly and helpful, but I needed more Spanish. The restaurant on the corner was very good.

There is AC, but it’s not over the bed or close to the beds taking a long time to cool the room to sleep at night.

A swimming pool was a little dirty. But I cleaned it - it was fun :) everything else was cool!

Everything was great, comfortable bed, hot water and quiet place. Nice garden with little pool :)

The only downside was that the kitchen lacked basic food such as salt, pepper, oil and coffee. Otherwise everything is great :)

W stayed in the Dolphin room. It really need some upkeep. The rooms has a little kitchenette but it was really in bad shape. Only had one frying pan and its in really bad shape, microwave was very burn and stain. Walls need painting and fixing, beds are uncomfortable. The landscape and pools are very nice, staff is very friendly, The dishes were nice. This can be an amazing place to stay but it really could use some TLC., Tender, Live, and Car.

Room really needed some care.

I loved that is just one block away from the sea, the property is very nice and staff is great, Sisal is a very nice and quiet town so stay was perfect.

Well equipped, clean apartment/room, friendly staff, reasonable wifi for Sisal, pool was cleaned everyday and so quiet. Admittedly places are partly only as quiet as the other guests, and on my first night I was the only one but even when others arrived, it was peaceful. I recommend weekdays in Sisal. Leave plastic waste separately and it's recycled.

Hotel was fun, only 4 rooms, relaxing, pool was nice. 5-6 min walk from centro. Not a lot to do in Sisal tho. AC works perfectly and room is well furnished.

Bigger beds but we knew about the size so its not a real issue.

The place is pristine, the lady working there was very very helpful snd did an amazing job.

Our room was like a fish bowl, which was wonderful to see out, however the design of the four rooms around the lovely well maintained pool makes one vulnerable to the behaviours of the other guests. A family of 5 on one side and a family of 4 on the other made for lots and lots of children playing in the pool. I know that if we had other guests our experience would have been very different. We loved the garden view at dusk.

it was quiet, rustic and the pool area was clean. The location is two blocks from the beach. Although we didn’t meet owner, communication was good through messaging.

The property is minimally kept up. Our bungalow had a dirt yard in front. The kitchen had a barely functioning hot plate for a stove and no salt/pepper,condiments, corkscrew and only one old frying pan. We were given two tiny bottles of water for our week stay and no coffee. it was difficult to find real coffee anywhere in the town-only instant Nescafé. The neighborhood is run down with a lot of trash on the sides of the street as well as piles of construction rubble. But this was true of much of Sisal. Despite a lovely beach, we would never come to this town again.

Super clean. Easy check-in process. Only a couple minute walk to the beach. Kitchen very simple, but we were able to cook during our stay. Possibly the hottest shower I have ever had at a beach stay. Endless hot water. WiFi provided and worked well. Friendly and hands-off staff.

This was my first stay in Sisal, this property was perfect. The room was clean and had we stayed longer, it provided a kitchenette.

Great facilities and great hostess. All is very good.
