We enjoyed our ladies trip to Isla Verde. The location was just a short 10 minute drive to both San Juan and Carolina. The view is absolutely incredible and we spent a lot of time between the beach and the pool. The beach was really the highlight of the trip. The general area is fine. Restaurants weren't great but there is plenty in the area that met our needs. Condo was very well stocked and comfortable for the 4 of us. Thanks Michelle!

This condo has everything that you need. The host Michael was very accommodating. This area is very walkable and Uber rides were very affordable. We tried the restaurant Santisimo in Old San Juan that was in the welcome guide and it was wonderful! We had such a nice time.

It was amazing to wake up to such a beautiful view every day. This condo unit was so clean and tidy. I LOVED the pillows on the king bed and the bath towels were sooo soft. We appreciated the provided chairs for the beach and rented an umbrella daily. Instructions are detailed and explained perfectly. We had plenty of starter items so buying things like trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent was not necessary. Thank you for that! We loved the food all around the area and found the people were amazing. Already thinking about coming back! A large area of the island lost power during our stay (for about 3 to 4 hours) - the elevators still worked and it created lots of deep conversation with locals about what they went through after the hurricanes. Next time we will not rent a car for the week because everything is walkable, and Uber is inexpensive. Thank you for sharing Casa de Michelle with our family :-)

The rental is exactly as described and is in a safe walkable neighborhood! The host was in contact throughout to make sure everything was going well! The check in/out process is extremely easy as we areived after 12am! It was a great bonus to have towels and chairs for the beach! Recommend here for everyone!

We had a long weekend for my husband and his friend to do the San Juan 1/2 Ironman race. The description was accurate. We walked to Walgreens and to all of our meals. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Beautiful oceanfront view. Lots of little extras.....nightlights, handsoap, blender, etc. The ac units in the bedrooms were very much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Beds were great (Q and 2t), bathrooms were very good, nice patio furniture, great large tv with streaming, supplemental air conditioning in both bedrooms to help get to temp quickly at night. Be aware, no oven. Be aware, the dryer vents into the kitchen. We recommend doing laundry with the doors open to pull the hot air out. Walgreens is directly across the street, grocery store is a 10 minute walk. 10/10 would stay again

This is a really nice little condo right on the beach. The color of the water is absolutely breathtaking and it hits you in the face when you walk in. Michelle is a great host and goes out of her way to make you comfortable in her home. It's the attention to small details like extra hooks to hang towels and swim suits on, the extension cord so that each side of the bed had their own plug in, having a little note pad and pens available that really makes this place feel like home. The setup is perfect for a family of 4. There are tons of great restaurants in the area and a really nice grocery store just down the road. The beach and pool area were both great. I would highly recommend!!

The owners were actively involved in getting us settled in and ensuring we were going to enjoy our stay. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to experience a stay in Puerto Rico with a view of the ocean and good food a walk away.

We had perfect weather and our location was wonderful! Michael and Michelle were so helpful with restaurant options and activities to do in the area. If we had any questions they responded to them quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

First time in Puerto Rico. The condo was in a great location. The views can’t be beat. Very clean. Came with everything we needed to stay for a week. Plenty of room for our two teenage boys and us. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for the amazing vacation.

The apartment is in a great location. The owner even checked in with us during our stay. It's in an older building, but most of the buildings in Puerto Rico are old. The apartment has updates and decent bathrooms and kitchen (we didn’t cook). My major issue with the unit was the location of the air handler, it’s inside the second bathroom. So whenever someone goes number 2 the smell immediately travels through the vents and we went alfresco asap, opening all the windows. It was what it was and we sucked it up without any complaints to the owner. But the apartment layout needs to be addressed as having an air handler inside the bathroom was a first for me. Even in PR. Other than that it was fine. Best part was the beach. Would we stay here again? no

Our stay was wonderful. Our condo was well equipped, the view was wonderful and the beach was great. We had heard concerns about the waves on the coast and whether or not we would feel comfortable getting in the water. No need for concerns. The ocean was terrific. The condo was in the perfect location. For those evenings when we didn't want to go too far, there was convenient food service across the street. Being close to both a Walgreens and a CVS was nice too. The short drive from the airport was easy and traffic wasn't bad. Our driving experiences were good - generally, drivers were very relaxed. This place is cozy and it's located in a fantastic area. There are great places to eat right across the street or just a few minutes walk away. Don't miss out on Panadería España! The gentleman at the security desk was friendly and helpful. Michelle and Michael sent a welcome packet with all the information we could need. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, our family had a great experience at the Isla Verde Marbella Oeste condo. The owners are excellent in everything, and they answered our questions so fast! The building front desk was incredibly helpful, and the apartment amenities were great. The room was wonderful, the ocean view was WOW. The room was clean, and it was perfect to celebrate our family escape vacation. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful oceanfront accommodations in Isla Verde. Lovely, well decorated condo with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay in Puerto Rico. Walking distance to local restaurants, supermarkets,car rental & stores. There was nothing more we can have asked for & owners were quick to reply when queried. Highly recommended.

The condo is on the beach located minutes away from the airport and some great restaurants. Has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Would stay there again.

My husband and I took my 90 year old mother to Puerto Rico to visit her 95 year old brother. The condo was the perfect size and the view was breathtaking. Michelle was a wonderful host and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. She also provides a binder with information, which my husband thought was fantastic. The tub in the hallway bathroom was low enough for my mother to get in. However, I brought her suction cup handles for the shower so she could have something to grab onto. CONS: There are two cons which have nothing to do with the condo itself, but with the building. 1.The swimming pool is not wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp, but the gate has a lock on it. When I asked security if it could be opened, his response was it is permanently locked. The only way to get in is through a gated turn-style. 2. The building is nicely secured. However, to get to the beach, you need to go through a gated turn-style. So, if you plan to take a cooler with you, and it doesn't fit, you will need to exit the building, walk down to the corner, and walk down the side street to where there is public access to the beach. Same applies with a baby carriage, I saw a man struggle. He had to empty the carriage from its contents, pass it to his wife, and close the carriage. He and the carriage barely fit through the turn-style. This can become annoying.

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico, and renting from Michelle. This apartment was the way to go! So many things we loved about it! Chairs, beach towels, even a beach bag were available for our use. Apartment is also air conditioned, and everything g worked perfectly. Beds and couch were very comfortable, and the apartment was perfectly stocked with everything we could need: towels, linens, extra blankets, DVDs, games, dishes, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, even laundry detergent. We didn’t expect all of this! The location is stunning. The deck overlooks the ocean. And the best part for us was that the location allowed us to be immersed in Puerto Rican culture. We ate with the community at many of the nearby authentic restaurants, hung out on the beach with them, shopped with them, even travelled the Puerto Rican roads with them. Through these experience, we learned how wonderful the people are! We absolutely loved our stay here and me, my husband, and our teenage daughter did not want to leave!!

The condo is in a great location surrounded by lots of restaurants and store, all walking distance. The beach was great, we rented an umbrella almost every day. The condo had 4 beach towels and 3 chairs so we did not need to rent the loungers and the little cooler came in very handy. We rented a car for a few days, it was great to have a parking space in the building. I do not recommend driving to Old San Juan, Uber is your best bet.

The views from the condo of the ocean were absolutely beautiful! Also, the location was perfect. It was nice that the condo had a mini cooler and beach chairs for us to use. We were able to walk to some really nice restaurants. Kumo rooftop and Ocean Breeze were a couple of our favorites.

We had a wonderful time in Isla Verde. The condo had amazing views and was very comfortable for four women.

Perfectly located minutes from SJU and short Uber rides to Miramar and Old San Juan. Great eats within short walking distances. Beach and huge pool with great seating options right in front of you. It’s really a great unit and the hostess Michelle was awesome. Responded immediately to all questions. We will be back!!

We love Puerto Rico and love this condo! It’s our second time and the upgraded furniture was beautiful. So clean always and the view! The view is absolutely perfect! Cannot wait to stay here again next year.

This condo is exactly what you see, it’s beautiful, the view is breathtaking and you just don’t want to leave it. It’s close to grocery stores, and short taxi, right to old town, San Juan, and the short ride to the airport. The location is excellent, and of course the beach is right in front of you. I would highly recommend renting this condo, I will definitely rent this again. The owners Michelle and Michael are amazing to work with, I never felt 3000 miles away!

Absolutely beautiful! Sunny days, tropical breezes, sandy beach and turquoise water. Isle le Verde. The condo was very nice. Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed our coffee on the terrace in the morning listening to the waves crashing on the shore. Local restaurants recommended did not disappoint.

The property was just the right size for me and my 3 adult children! The beach was beautiful! It was a clean beach and Mike and Michelle had all the things you needed for the beach! You could walk to many places to eat and short car ride to Old San Juan. Just a perfect location! I would stay here every time I visit Puerto Rico!!!
