This was a lovely property full of history and mid mod architecture. Everything was clean, location was perfect and the views awesome!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this house. Very clean, well laid out and comfortable. The backyard is spectacular. We requested the pool heated and it was perfect. Loved the hot tub and that awesome fire pit! Strict noise rules meant we had a very peaceful stay which we appreciated. Beds are quite firm but comfortable, with nice linens. Having all king beds and plenty of bathrooms was also a plus. Seems guests are expected to check in personally with manager to learn how to work things in the house. It was difficult to find a time that worked so in the end we didn't do it, but it was very easy to figure everything out from the helpful notebook. Manager also wanted to do a walk through of the house when we checked out but we had to leave early and couldn't comply. Would be good to know that ahead of time so guests can work that into their schedule and make time for it. Communication was easy and prompt.

This property is absolutely wonderful. We have rented countless properties and this is by far the nicest! Very clean and well kept. Amazing views, gorgeous grounds and high end furniture and amenities. Small details like stocking paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc made it extra convenient. So much better than the cheap starter packs so many rentals offer. Margaret was absolutely lovely to deal with as was the house manager. They both were super responsive and helpful. We were met by the house manager as soon as we arrived in Palm Springs and were able to start enjoying the home right away! I would note its a very quiet area so noise could be an issue. We kept the music inside and didn't have any issues. Will absolutely recommend this property!

Stayed for a long weekend with my siblings and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The house is well suited for couples to stay as a group, offering generous indoor and outdoor communal spaces and comfortable bedrooms. Would definitely return!

Great spot for 7 women in our 40s on a college reunion trip. We were able to check in early, which was a huge benefit. House was clean, as described in the listing, with beautiful scenery. About 15-20 min walk to main road for coffee, drinks, etc. but plenty of nice walks and trails right by the house too. Highly recommend.

My girlfriends and I celebrated our Bdays and had a great time. The house and property are amazing. Beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could want or need. Great location and close to downtown and airport. The host is very communicative. Great experience!

Where do I begin ... from my first detailed interaction with Margaret, this vacation rental experience was an A+!! She shared all the pertinent information with me in advance, gave me details on the heated pool & hot tub (FANTASTIC, perfectly heated and delightful every day of our stay!). The check-in process was friendly, easy and informative. Communication between the house manager, owner and myself was efficient and friendly. A detailed instruction book made it easy to understand how to use everything associated with the house. THE LOCATION is FABULOUS! Easy walk to town, great walks around the neighborhood and up on "the wall" (you'll understand when you stay there ... amazing views & high trail is outstanding. All of us had a wonderful time and everyone wants to come back. Thanks Margaret, Marshall and Michael for being such great hosts.

This property was fantastic! The location was perfect, it was clean, updated and all around incredible! The outdoor area was beautiful with outstanding views of the mountains right behind us ....it was clean with so many options for swimming, eating, sunbathing and cozying up to the fire. The checkin process was great and everything was well organized. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Everything was just as it appears online. Margaret and Michael were very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

Exceeded all expectations. Location was so quiet yet close enough to walk into town. Kitchen was comfortable to cook many meals in and the outdoor spaces provided lots of room for everyone to enjoy being together or apart. The pool and spa were a highlight. There was an abundance of all essentials (towels, glasses, etc) that made our stay better than a five star hotel. Hope to stay again on next trip to Palm Springs.

Our weekend stay was flawless from start to finish. We were met the property by the manager who gave us a tour of all the features of the property. The amenities including pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ and spacious bedrooms made the stay idyllic and very comfortable for all eight guests. The backdrop of the mountains in the background is quite the scene to wake up to every morning.

Beautiful, comfortable home in top condition! Our family loved the backyard with its great pool, spa, fire table, pergola and barbecue area. The neighborhood is lovely with the mountains as a backdrop and easy walking to town, lots of celebrity history and terrific architecture everywhere. A perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving.

We had the best stay at Margaret’s home! So good we even tried to stay longer! Everything was immaculate, bedrooms spacious, each outfitted with their own televisions. We loved the spot so much we hardly left, spending most of our days at the pool enjoying the incredible view. That’s said, the few times we did leave, the neighbourhood was beautiful to walk around and very close to the downtown area. We felt very safe, surrounded by gorgeous homes and friendly neighbours! We will definitely be back! Thank you Margaret!

We had an outstanding stay. Immaculate house and inviting pool with incredible mountain views. The property was exactly as described and was very well equipped with anything needed. A house manual is available to help with any tech issues and Margaret or Marshall are very responsive if any other needs arise. We highly recommend and look forward to returning. Thank you!

You won't be disappointed by this home. Newly renovated, and everything is top-notch. It was only me and my wife, but the house is certainly large enough to comfortably accommodate a larger group. Spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, large bedrooms, and plenty of space and seating areas in the backyard. Everything you could ask for is provided. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked, and there is even a nice selection of herbs and spices if you're looking to do some cooking/grilling. Be sure to try out the console stereo, it has amazing sound, but just make sure you stay within the Palm Springs STRICT (but understandable) noise limits. The backyard is so relaxing, with amazing views from every corner, and plenty of places to get comfortable day and night with a misting system and multiple heaters/firepit. Last but not least is the location. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. It is SO quiet and has the best views of the mountains, but it is a quick walk or bike ride downtown. We only needed to call an Uber once, and that was to do the Air Tramway, which I highly suggest doing, and it was just a few minutes away. Oh, and both Margaret and Marshall were very communicative and easy to work with. I hope to be back again soon.

Fabulous!!!! We walked in and we were so impressed with everything! The inside, the outside, the flow! We just loved hanging out at the house by the pool! I finished a book! Our stay in Palm Springs was a true vacation! Relaxing at what felt like our home away from home!

This house is very clean and well equipped. Big TV’s in every room and a big backyard with great pool and spa. Plenty of towels and lawn furniture to hang out all day.

House was as advertised on Vrbo. The 4 bedrooms fit our family of two adult couples and two teenagers well. Outdoor space was well used; great pool and we used the bbq often. Maybe a few more pool toys as minor suggestion. Location was quiet, but with easy access to the Palm Springs "strip". Area was also great for cycling or hiking. Family enjoyed the stay!

This wonderful home is located “on the best street in the best neighborhood” in all of Palm Springs. Our week spent at this home was, without exception, outstanding. We have only positive feedback on every aspect of staying at this home on Rose Avenue.

We couldn't have asked for more for our family vacation. The rooms are very comfortable, and the house is lovely. We enjoyed many hours in the pool and hot tub. The owner and agent were immediately responsive and helpful about all questions. The home has a stunning view of the mountains and is a short ride to everything in Palm Springs, and has easy access to surrounding areas for hikes.

The place was spacious, well appointed and private backyard with a pool. Perfect for a gathering of long time friends. The neighbourhood is beautiful and close to downtown. Would recommend Margaret’s place to anyone who wants a great kitchen to eat in or want to hit the town.

The Vista Las Palmas area in Palm Springs is our favorite place anyway - the mountains, palm trees, tons of gorgeous homes. It is so much fun to stay. This house lived up to our expectations - quircky and funky in the best way possible. Very clean, lots of supplies, super easy check in and great communication. Pool and backyard is perfect - it was just a paradise. Nothing I could comment on that is negative - it really was just an awesome place to stay!

This home checks every box for a picture perfect Palm Springs getaway. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and found everything about the house to be beyond compare... including the hosts! Will definitely be looking to return soon.

From beginning to end we had an absolute excellent experience with both the host of the property and the property itself. The modern, yet relaxed feeling of the property put everyone at ease and we all enjoyed our stay which was amazing considering the diversity of our group. Everyone had their own space and shared spaces throughout the house accommodated all activities. The kitchen was well stocked for coffee and spices to use on the outdoor barbecue. Would highly recommend!
