Great (well equipped) apartment, perfect location practical on the beach and a kind and very approachable host. We had a wonderful stay in Alicante!

It is a prime location, just in front of the San Juan wide, sandy beach. Fantastic sea view. In this property you can find beach umbrella and beach chairs available for the quests. In front of the building, there is nice, big swimming pool. The apartment is fully equiped. You will find everything what you need for perfect vacation.

It was a very smooth check in. We felt at home. flat was clean and equipped with what we need for our stay. ( A big bottle of water ,jam,butter, and pack of twist bread ) in refrigerator. this is some of the things . many kind of adapters and many other items. WiFi was good. Thank you Miss Martha for your providing of A good quality of a nice accommodation. the swimming pool in this compound was great , very clean and wide, and it was the only pool i swam in it in all of my trips. the view of the Beach from the flat was amazing and unforgettable. bathroom was full of accessories . just bring your teeth brush. I enjoyed my stay in this flat and i wish to come back again and spend more time. I recommend it to who ever look for A nice view of the beach and a comfortable place to live in.

The apartment, compared to what can be deduced from the descriptions, is even better: even if not large, the space is exploited to the maximum, it is super-equipped and has a splendid view of the sea. San Juan beach is very beautiful and comfortable. A few meters from the tram stop to reach the center of Alicante in 20 minutes. Marta was very kind. I can only recommend this apartment which can meet the needs of a family with children, like ours, or those of couples or small groups.
