It was our second year staying in Chincoteague and our first stay in this property. It was VERY clean, the kitchen was stocked (seasonings, ziploc, and even paper towels), and the location was stellar. It fit our family perfectly, 2 adults and 3 children (5, 4, and 2). All of the kids wanted to stay in the bunk room so we didn’t even use the bedroom downstairs. The bunk room even had kids toys and plenty of children’s books which our kids absolutely loved. The fire pit and patio was a great addition! Overall, I would absolutely stay here again! We booked another trip to Chincoteague the weekend we got home for next year but, unfortunately, this property was already booked (not surprisingly). I would HIGHLY recommend this property!

This property was impeccable, just as the pictures depict. It was a great home away from home for our extended family of 7 (4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 kiddo). The house was clean and well cared for. Stocked with everything you could possibly need and more, the kitchen was functional for all meal preparation. The outdoor shower was ideal when we returned from the beach covered in sand and that lovely screened porch out back was perfect for enjoying the cooler evening without the mosquitos. The house is close to everything and we had a wonderful week on the Chincoteague Island!

This was our first time visiting the island and the we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! More then enough room everyone the kitchen had anything we could need. The house was clean and beautiful the screened in deck was a great place to hang out at night. Great location short drive to the beach and shops. Short walk to Ropewalk and the bay to watch the sunset.

We were so impressed with this lovely property. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the little things you need when away from home, even a little basket of toys for the kiddos. The beds were also super comfortable! This is the nicest rental I’ve stayed in on Chincoteague Island. Highly recommend!

This house was just about perfect for me, my husband, 5-year old, and college friend that spent a long weekend in Chincoteague. House was VERY clean, beautifully decorated, and has ALL the essentials and then some! Beds were comfy, and the linen rental made life so much easier. My kid inspected and played with nearly every game, and we spent all of our meals and evenings out in the screened porch. Only surprise was walking to the back to use the outdoor shower so we wouldn't track sand into the house only to find it was just the stall and no fixtures inside yet. Will be great once it's installed. We will definitely book this house again the next time we come to Chincoteague!

What a beautiful property. We spent a delightful three nights here and it was fantastic!! Chincoteague was such a wonderful getaway and this house provided such a relaxing, clean, spacious home base.

There were three of us gals who have remained friends since elementary school and decided to reunite for a weekend. This was a perfect place to have different spaces for reminiscing, catching up on life and just girl time in general. Clean updated and spacious this place was a true blessing to us! We now want to make this an annual event and we all voted we would stay here again!!

The whole process was easy. Questions answered quickly. The house was perfect-nice location, very clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Well-equipped property, clean, and in a great location. The only downside was a lack of recycling bins only trash was available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Chincoteague. The house was very clean and has a great layout for a group. Really nice kitchen. Enjoyed the screened porch too! Nice central location on the island. We biked most everywhere.

Parents, 3 teens, grandparents had a wonderful time in this house. Everything we needed was there. The huge TV was fantastic for watching the Olympics and Disney+ movies. Kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location in town!

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for our young family & grandparents. Easy walk to Main Street. One of the most well stocked kitchens we’ve seen for a rental, although a few more coffee mugs wouldn’t hurt. Even had kid dishes and silverware, high chair and a booster seat, as well as a few children’s toys and books! The home was very clean with plenty of space. Loved the screened in back porch. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on chincoteague

By far the best vacation rental we've stayed in! The house is well kept, well equipped, and is exactly as described and shown in photos. My husband and I took his parents for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect with 2 queen beds and 2 full baths - especially with one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. The additional bedroom upstairs would easily accommodate a group with kids. Normally with rentals there is a dreaded check-in process but in this case, that whole process was all completely avoided - everything was smooth and effortless. Would highly recommend this home to others and if we ever decide to venture back to Chincoteague we will be sure to check availability here first!

Property was as described and very clean. Check in was easy with electronic lock on the door. New appliances and TVs along with reliable internet access. Overall a very nice stay for us.

The home was great for our family. We have 2 small kids, so the home’s high chair, pack n play, and kid utensils were incredibly helpful to us. The location is great - just off Main Street and close to the supermarket. A short drive to Maddox and Memorial Park. The home was incredibly clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. We loved the fireplace and front sitting room for reading. The property manager was very helpful and made everything clear and easy. Would definitely return to this property, and would recommend to friends as well.

Some friends and I stayed at this house for a girls getaway weekend and loved this house! It was so clean, decorated so cute and so well laid-out. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

This place is as good as it looks in the photos and is wonderfully set up for small kids (has things like a high chair). It was also very clean except there was no hand soap in the bathrooms (it was for some reason in the kitchen cabinets with the spices). Also, most of the street was charming except the house right across the street had a large dogs in an outside kennel that barked aggressively and were out after 10. Running a fan covered up the noise so we could sleep. It is in a very convenient location to everywhere you would want to go in town.

Second time staying at this house and just as we remembered - clean and well appointed. We noticed a small ant issue while there (ant traps were already placed throughout the kitchen upon arrival), but otherwise a great stay! Love the screened in porch and the proximity to everything on the island!

Let me start by stating that we appreciate the fact that the house was available during the pandemic. The property was for the most part as advertised (COVID created issues around check in timing which could have been better communicated). However, our arrival left us looking for alternatives to stay that night, to no avail. Overflowing stinking trash (which was removed promptly by the mgmt co), crazy amounts of flies inside the house and a mai seating smell permeated the house. Lots of ants and ant traps (but that could be anywhere). Prior renters did not do this property any favors (found dirty BBQ utensils left behind and dirty grill). Wasn’t super excited to unload someone else’s full dishwasher upon arrival either. Booth Road is apparently a private road. We met the Private Road Monitor who made sure to welcome us with a stern warning and directive that we must only travel the wrong way onto the one way road. Clearer directions could have saved us that ridiculous interaction. Overall, the property manager did respond the first day, albeit contrary to our instructions to call the next day. In the course of addressing our concerns after the rental, defensive posturing left a further sour taste. Overall a missed opportunity to have a relaxing time away from home.

Loved it! Felt like home and not just a rental or hotel. Modern and cozy. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed since we cooked almost every meal at home. First floor open concept was nice for all 8 of us to hang out, but spacious bedrooms and a backyard screened in porch was nice so we could spread out, too. Laundry area was a nice plus, too. We stayed in one morning and most of the afternoon due to a tropical storm in the area, but we felt safe, cool, comfy in cozy furniture, and board games and movies in the closet were a plus! House is on a quiet neighborhood street which we liked, and close enough to walk to go eat, shop, etc., and we biked A LOT around the rest of town to shop, get ice cream, and to the beach on Assateague Island and the many nature trails. We would definitely go back!
