Ksamil is erg toeristisch, zeker tijdens hoogseizoen. Maar deze kant en ligging is de wat betere en rustigere kant wat ons betreft

Buenas situación, al lado de la zona céntrica pero lo suficientemente alejado para que no moleste el ruido. Al lado de la playa.

Great location, close to some private beaches were you can rent your sunbeds. there is onsite parking just book a spot in advance. each room has a little balcony, AC. Hotel receptionist was very friendly and had great tips for the stay.

The people are very helpful and friendly! They had a whole list of places like restaurants and trips all written out for us so that we can visit them. The hotel is also a 1 min walk removed from the beach and all the best restaurants were at walking distance. It was a perfect location with lovely people!

I loved my stay here. The location, the breakfast, the view from the room and the amazing staff at Meta, everything was top notch. It is not your luxury hotel stay but I got a very beautiful, warm and community vibes from this place. The view from my room was just serene. I had booked the Studio with sea view. It has a small balcony where my partner and I used to sit with our drinks and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast had many options and it even served cakes and profiteroles. Simply loved it. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable from day 1. Luciano specially was very helpful and cheerful always smiling. A perfect host. I would definitely come back here. Also, parking is available at the property.

Super vriendelijk personeel, zeer warm ontvangst. Behulpzaam en staan direct voor je klaar. Ontbijtbuffet is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Kamer is lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekkere douche en fijne airco.
Beetje gehorige kamers, maar iedereen was weer optijd stil :)

It was right on the beach front but a little out of the main town which was perfect for us, just a 5 min walk into the main place. We had parking which was amazing! It was a family run hotel, Luciana, the son was fab! Gave us great advice, was supper lovely! If we came back we we would defo stay here again!!! Breakfast was also lovely! So nice to sit and relax

Muy bien ubicado, tiene parqueadero dentro del hotel, la familia es extraordinaria, son muy atentos y siempre quieren que estés muy bien, el desayuno es bastante completo, todos los días es algo diferente y tienen toque auténtico. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, buen espacio, totalmente recomendado. El ascensor es muy valorado

Alles ist sehr modern und sauber. Super gutes WiFi. Die Gastgeber sind sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Perfektes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich durfte sogar mein Elektroauto gegen Gebühr laden. Nicht weit zu den Stränden. Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Am schönsten war „The Last Beach“. Klare Empfehlung.

The location was good. Close to the bars and restaurants. Close to the free beach. The view from the balcony was stunning. I could see the three islands and the different bays and and beaches along the coast of Ksamil. The room and bathroom is modern, very comfortable and clean.
The best thing about this hotel is Luciano. He is amazing. Made me feel very welcome and I would stay here again just because him, his dad and all the other staff made me feel comfortable and nothing was too much of a bother. If you want to know where to go and things to do, Luciano is the person to ask. Great stay.
The only issue was the bar in front of the hotel had very loud music until late. Its not the hotel's fault. Glad I didn't stay anywhere near club Bianco or Poda as the loud music would have been a lot worse.

Alles beviel prima. Alexander was een hele vriendelijke, prettige gastheer en alle voorzieningen waren zo netjes. Spik en Span en het ontbijt was overheerlijk. Hij regelde zelfs haman doeken zodat we op het strand een doek hadden.

Everything was really nice. Owners were super nice. Great breakfast. Good view. Big room. There’s a fridge. Bed is comfortable. The balcony has a good size.
The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. If you call the cleaning personal and tell them where specifically they should clean, they would do it. But it was dusty and you could find stains that were not fun to look at.

Amazing stay! Luciano, his mother and Alex were super helpful and always smiling. The location was fantastic, close to different beaches & bars & restaurants. Breakfast contained a great selection & the seating area was very relaxing. The bed was just perfect. We had the best sleep ever in this hotel. Bathroom was modern. AC was powerful. Loved the fact that on the balcony there is an area to dry your towels & swimwear. Iron and ironing board available downstairs. We'll be back for sure!

The hotel is new, very close to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets.
What we really enjoy was the fact that the hotel is located in a quieter area of Ksamil, which was quite crowded at the time we visited.
Definitely recommend it!

The breakfast was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel very clean, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service, making my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my staying very much. The hotel is super comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. And the staff is very nice and attentive. Special thanks to Luciano (the owner's son), who made my stay very pleasant and recommend places to make the most out of my time in Ksamil

The owners were very welcoming & were happy to help with anything we asked. The beach was a minute walk from the hotel.
A small dislike was there was only one pillow each on the bed instead of two which meant I woke up with a sore back but that’s just me

The place is run by a lovely couple who were very sweet and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel was in the perfect location. Would definitely recommend!
