This was the most perfect accommodation I have ever stayed in! The location was 10/10, the rooms were spotless and the hosts were the nicest people I have ever met. They were so helpful, attentive, generous and friendly to me and my guests during our stay.
I am already planning another trip to Ksamil, and will stay here again. It will be the only accommodation I recommend to anyone planning a trip!

I loved our stay there! We had a really big and airy room with a big and very very comfortable bed. It also had a nice balcony where we could sit and enjoy the evening. The bathroom was also very spacious and nice. Perfect sound isolation, heard nothing from the neighbours or from the street (due to very good balcony doors), so we slept like babies :) The hotel is very close to cafes, grocery store and to the beach. It is really situated in the center of everything, but still very calm.
People working there were very friendly, always nice communicating with them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it for 2 nights :)
It would be nice to have a kettle or something like that and a couple of cups.

The host was very friendly, he gave us a welcome and also a "goodbye" drink. The staff was also extremely friendly! My boyfriend and I were really pleased with the cleanliness and comfort- we felt like at home. I recommend strongly!!

A real place to rest. The location is ideal, everything is close and easily accessible around you. The staff is wonderful, especially the wonderful girl at the reception. The hosts are nice people who try to please you in every way. Clean, comfortable and equipped apartment, parking, internet, and a terrace in the yard where that you can enjoy. It is very important that they take care of the safety of the guests, so the facility is constantly secured. I recommend the place - the best in Ksamil

The hotel is comfortable and very clean. Comfy bed and aircon in the room. The girl in reception was very kind. Location is perfect. Good views from our apartment.I would come again without hesitation.
Only minus is that our apartment was on a fourth floor and there’s no lift, but not a big deal. Good views compensate.

The apartment was tidy, comfortable and spacious enough for all of us (a group of 7 friends). The balcony has a great sea view which you can enjoy with a meal or a drink. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful and made our stay even more pleasant. Great coffee in the bar downstairs. :) The property is at a walking distance to the central beaches and restaurants and bars.

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with lovely views and a great private terrace.(We were in room 9.)
The location was ideal, very close to beaches, restaurants and shops - it was very quick to get everywhere on foot.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Buge, who was exceptionally helpful and who speaks great English!

Great location, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful view. I recommend staying here. ☺️

Wonderful stay!!!! So big apartment with all you need: kitchen, fridge, air conditioning, soft bed and very, very friendly staff. Don't worry if they don't know English... it is so easy to communicate with them smiling and with use of hands 🙂🙂 Fantastic holidays!
