Poor room facilities, lacking the basics. No staff on site to help when issues arise . It's not a hotel, it's a room for a short stay. Beach is much further away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very quiet and perfect in size. We really enjoyed the AC. But maybe more important; Elizabeth and her staff made us feel só welcome, also in the beach and bar, which is located in the more easygoing area of Ksamil beach. The breakfast was there too and was also very nice

The bathroom is quite simple, although functioning. You would be able to sit on the toilet while taking a shower... However, to us this was only a small inconvenience as we loved the hotel and staff.

Everything was better than we had expected. The hotel is well kept, the appartments are comfortable, clean and spatious. The balconies are magnificent. Kitchen offers the basic kitchenware but if you happen to need anything more, the hosts will provide it in no time. The appartments are cleaned every day and the linen and towels are changed every 3 days. The hotel restaurant is on the beach some 5-10-minute walk from the hotel, and it is especially enjoyable to have your breakfast there. The food is excellent. Sunbeds and parasols are available at the beach free of charge. Wi-fi is available free of charge both in the hotel and at the beach. The hotel beach is very nice, pebbly and clean. There are a lot of water facilities available such as ski jets, boat rides, water slides etc. There is a shower at the beach. The Ksamil islands are just across the beach. The hosts are very nice and helpful and always available if you happen to need any help, support or information.

Some more attention could be paid to communal hygiene, which is up to Ksamil authorities.

We really loved everything. The hotel is pretty close to the beach where we had great breakfast every day. We had our own umbrella and sunbeds which is a great thing in Ksamil, as it is very hard to find free beds otherwise. Elisabeth and her husband are really kind people, we would definitely go back!

The traffic

Very clean and cozy room which is more like an apartment and has a kitchen stove and all the necessary equipment (if you don't find smth just ask for it and you will receive it). Our stay was very comfortable and the owner is a very attentive to wishes of guests and to the hotel in general, what makes this place a great option if you want to stay in Ksamil. There is a supermarket below on the ground floor. Beach restaurant serves tasty food and it had enough variety. In fact it is very convenient that the bar and restaurant are at the beach). We also took a catamaran for 2 hous to travel to islands nearby and it was worth it.

The only thing which was not comfortable are the pillows which might be too hard and big. The rest is fine)

The room was clean, breakfast very rich and Elisabeth was very friendly and helpful, help us for example also with our laundry. She has also restaurant, which is however next to the beach and therefore you have to walk few minutes (around 10min) to get there on breakfast, but we didn't mind at all, because breakfast with the beach and sea view is much more enjoying than in some indoor hotel premises :) Under the restaurant there are sunbeds which belong to the hotel so they are free of charge for you as an accommodated person (be aware that this is not the white-sand and most-commonly-taken-selfies beach in Ksamil, but it is nearby and still very very nice ! ).

Parking is little bit less pleasant when there are more cars, because your car can end up being blocked from exit by other cars, but I think you can communicate this with Elisabeth in case you need to have your car accessible during the stay. The parking is also next to the restaurant near the beach and we kept our car there overnight when we knew we wanna go on a trip next day in the morning.

The owner is just amazing. There is great restaurant the owner explained everything and its very easy to get parking.

Room was OK, terrace was a nice and was on the side from main crowded street, owner was OK and helpful, nice restaurant for breakfast is on the beach and breakfast is good.

First night we wasn't in our room what we book and we wasn't satisfied with choice of accommodation for that first night, but we don`t have any choice ( some overbooking is happened?). The service in the restaurant was average, and in a high season is a big crowd on the beach.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a nice balcony. There was a fridge, a cooking machine that you can Cook inside the room. There are plates and pot. There is a big market under the hotel. There is a parking area. The owner Elizabeth is very nice and smily person. She helped for our luggage. She has decoreted our bed with flowers. There is a nice breakfast in the Beach restaurant. The restaurant has own beach. The restaurant and the hotel has wifi working well. Especially in the hotel. There are nice restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel and breakfast area were seperate. The breakfast area by the Beach but hotel is nearly 500 metres away.

Hospitality, food, room service, beach…almost

Barmen thinks that he have right to comment guests order for food, and he is rude person. he embarrassed the hotel owners with his behavior and not us when he comment quantity of order that we placed for lunch. Beside this barmen everything else was exceptionally good.

Nice Hotel, huge balconies, good wifi, 400m away from the Beach. Breakfast and free sunbeds available at the beachbar. Really nice host family

First of all this is not a hotel. It's a building with no sign, little hard to find. It's next to the street, so it's kind a hard to sleep at night because of the traffic. Apartments are very basic, with new furniture, but empty kitchen. Only 4 plates? No knives and forks? Other think is the beach. It's not 500mts from the hotel, you definitely need a car to go there because it's a 10min walking distance. Restaurant is on the beach, we had breakfast included, it was ok, regular thinks. Owners are nice and friendly. This place is definitely " you get what you pay for" deal. Don't expect too much.
