it is centrally located in Oslo in relation to museums and other tourist atracciones

driving to the front of the hotel was very difficult. even the local Uber driver had problems finding it to pick us up. it would have been nice to have receive directions of how to get there by car. The entrance is located on a no driving zone. inside the hotel it will be useful to have a ramp instead of stairs up the elevators .

Very central, super easy to find, great staff who go the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable, fantastic breakfast and cozy bedrooms.

The hotel was excellent, highly recommended for a visit in Oslo and overall the experience overcame my expectations. Best location to visit the the city's main attractions, very stylish hotel, nicely decorated rooms, with all necessary amenities , comfy beds and great lighting. Breakfast was superb, with many choices that cover all tastes. They even offer a breakfast ' to go" for early travelers which was really good. Staff excellent, attentive and very friendly. The bar had a lively atmosphere and offered amazing coctails. I will definitely choose this hotel again, when I go back to Olso.

We thought the breakfast options were outstanding and the whole ambience and style of the hotel was fantastic. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The bar, reception, restaurant and jazz club staff were the most attentive and welcoming I’ve ever met.
