I do not recommend this property to anyone staying in the area with a family. First of all, the owner does not respond to messages, at all, which in my opinion, is not ok. The check in process is ridiculous. You have to find parking first, walk to the condo, go up to the condo for the parking lot key FOB, walk back to your car and then park in the garage. Finding parking on a Sunday afternoon was awful. We had to pay to park a mile down the street just to walk up to the room to get the key FOB to park. The bathroom does not look anything like the pictures in this listing. The plumbing is AWFUL!!! The toilet got clogged on multiple occasions and then poop water filled up in the shower through the drain, which was absolutely disgusting!!!! There is no hot water in the bathroom sink. There was no battery in the smoke detector, with two kids, myself, and my husband staying on the 18th floor of this building is not safe nor is it acceptable. The fire extinguisher hasn't been checked, according to the card, since 2011. SO DANGEROUS!!!! There are no rugs anywhere in the condo, even though the picture shows a big living room rug. The futon in the living room felt gross, grimey, and far from clean. It was the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. There was only one sheet in the closet to put over the futon, and when I opened it up to put on the futon for my kids to sleep on, there were crumbs in it, so gross!!! The air conditioner does not shut off when it reaches whatever temperature you put it on, so you either freeze or you're sweating. The glass door to the balcony is very hard to open. The railing on the balcony itself was rusted on one of the posts and you could actually wiggle it. Every single pillow was a flat as a pancake, not comfortable in the slightest, not even for my children. There was a bottle of dish soap at the sink and a bottle of hand soap at the bathroom sink, however, they were both watered down so who knows how much actual soap were in the bottles. For the price of this condo, I would imagine you can afford to buy a bottle of soap for hands and dishes without watering them down....The kitchen is far from being stocked. There were only 3 bowls, zero tupperware, no baking pans, very small random cups and coffee mugs, the worst I've ever seen when renting from Vrbo. We spent 6 nights here, in beautiful Puerto Rico, and couldn't wait to get out of this condo which is very unfortunate for such a beautiful place.

Great location and amazing view, this appartment is definitelly a great place to stay to enjoy beach and visit San Juan an around. The residence is very nice with direct access to the beach (too bad we couldn't have access to the gym). Beatrice and Carmen were super helpful, communication was easy and clear especially for checkin/checkout. We really enjoyed PR and we highly recommend this place!

We’ve rented other apartments in this area, even the same building. This was the most accurate pictures. Beautiful view, great, and safe, location. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen is not really equipped for cooking. Property owner was very responsive. It is aged, but that is what one should expect for this area.

The best thing about this property was the location and the ocean view. Beatrice did not respond to our multiple messages (communicated via VRBO, email & text) prior to the trip, as well as throughout the trip. The final day of our trip she finally responded that she doesn’t check texts often. Cleanliness was ok, could be better.

It was a beautiful little apt. It was a perfect fit for my family. I love the building Marbella, I've been staying in that building for over 11 years, but as the family gathering get bigger we needed our own space. Definitely would use this place again.

I loved the view! The parking spot was a huge bonus. It was walking distance from all of our favorites places in Isla Verde. The property manager shared a comprehensive list of places to go and things to do. She was also really helpful with early check-in and other insight.

We have stayed in the Marbella condos for many years. This was the first time in this unit but we just love the view. We never tire of it. The condo is close to many restaurants and of course it is beachfront. Take advantage of all that Puerto Rico has to offer. Get out and see the island. Taste the foods! Can’t wait to go back.

I am a local and had been visiting Isla Verde beach all my life but staying in this condo with my family was great. The location is perfect, amenities are great for the kids and the view is priceless.

I have stayed 3 times at her property and the service is always as expected excellent. Condo view is the best part you can sit and enjoy the view of the balcony. Apartment always clean and the location is the best. You have everything close by. I'm in love with Marbella Del Caribe . Thanks Beatrice.

We had a wonderful time visiting Isla Verde. The condo, although a bit outdated, was just as described, and large enough for the two of us. When we first got there there were some plumbing issues in the bathroom but Beatrice had them taken care of within 2 days ( Monday morning). The view is the thing though. We couldn't have ask for a more beautiful view, and I miss it every day. All in all, we can't wait to get back to Puerto Rico.

The hostess, Beatrice, answered all of my questions (and I had a whole lotta questions) and made me and my family feel very welcome. Marbella Del Caribe is in an excellent area with great security. We enjoyed the pool and beach which were steps away from the condo. Also had our own parking spot. FYI: If you’re thinking of going to PR rent a car and drive everywhere. Easy to drive and people are very friendly and helpful! Restaurants, casino, bars all within walking distance.

Thanks again Beatrice for always making sure we were taken care of. Condo was gorgeous as always and the view is to die for. Every time I go to PR from now on I will stay at Marbella Del Caribe. Area is safe and close to everything.

The property was fantastic with a fantastic view of the ocean. The property itself looked just like the pictures and it was everything that was displayed. The checkin process was quick and easy. Overall great property and will be staying there again in the future for sure!

We enjoyed our time very much in and around this wonderful Marbella del Caribe condo in the Isla Verde Beach area. The beach, swimming pool, and restaurants were fun, beautiful, and relaxing! We enjoyed being able to make breakfast and snack around right there at the condo when we were ready to just relax after our busy days exploring the island and historic Old San Juan. We walked, swam in the warm ocean waters, and soaked up the sun every day right there on the beach (jet skied one day also). We took some day trips to the Fajardo area to kayak and jet ski/snorkel around the outer islands such as Icacos. Daily trips were spent exploring El Yunque Rain Forest and the rocky beaches and caves out between Barceloneta and Arecibo. Beatrice is a wonderful host and we recommend her properties in this area. Being able to thoroughly enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from the deck, living room, and comfortable bedroom were a special treat!

This apt is in a great location, not far from the airport and right on the beach. Beatrice was easy to communicate with, and provided very specific instructions as well as suggestions for things to do in PR. The place is very clean and has everything described; working kitchen, good AC, security, parking and a Pool with Beach access. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay and enjoy PR, look no further.

This is a lively little condo! Centrally located, close to restaurants and right on the beach. The beach was not crowded, clean, and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent at a very reasonable price. The condo was clean and well appointed...but the best part is the balcony overlooking the ocean. Heavenly! We had coffee every morning and a cocktail every night while enjoying the view. Beatrice is wonderful and so helpful. She made our stay so easy. I would highly recommend this lovely little condo, and hope to visit again soon.

This was our first experience with VRBO and it couldn't have been better. Clear instructions and the property was as describe. Contacted Beatrice with one question and she responded immediately. The condo was clean and the location and views couldn't be better. We will be back next year!!!!!

Our stay at Marbella del Caribe was a perfect one! Before our arrival, Beatrice (property owner) explain every detail of the condo. Just like the photos, the property is in perfect condition and the views from the balcony were the best! The condo is equipped with everything you need. The pool is very clean and espacious. The beach is just a few steps away. You can rent umbrellas and chairs for a convenience price. There is a Walgreens crossing the street and a lot of places to eat. We had breakfast at Playa Papaya (few steps away) and the food was very good and creative. We are glad we booked this condo for our wedding anniversary! Thank you Beatrice!
