The location of this property is great . Hotel environment is cozy , rooms were clean . And yess u will find Sanjog , the manager of this hotel was one of the best person I have met in my whole tour

Breakfast could have been better

Rooms and linen were very clean. Hotel is less than 5 min walk from the lake. Close to all kinds of restaurants. Staff is excellent and always ready to attend your needs. Special mention to Mr Sanjog and Roshan. The lady at the desk also very polite and helpful. Surely will recommend this property to my friends. Great value for money.

- beautiful and relaxing room with comfortable beds and pillows - we’ll equipped with water heater, tea and instant coffee. Also they restock the water bottles if you need. - room and the hotel in general are clean - breakfast was good. You can choose between Indian, continental and English breakfast.

- view from our room was to the back with a hotel under construction and some trash - WiFi is weak and inconstant - the friendliness of the staff was a bit to much. First they are overly friendly and do everything you want and need (it felt to like too much). Then for check out the atmosphere was more cold and unfriendly. - the price of the beer is a joke. 700 rupee for a beer is way to much. Generally the food and drink prices of the restaurant are to high.

Spent 4 nights here. It was very quiet, the room was clean and there were no complaints. Although it was raining, the view of Lake Pokhara from the hotel was also very nice. Operating Manager, Sanjog was the best. Every time he saw me, he always asked how I was doing and if there was anything uncomfortable. He was ready to help me anytime of the day. Cashier and other staff members always treated me with a smile. I spent 5 days without any discomfort. Good location, too. Thank you

We loved everything about Hotel Lake Shore. The staff were awesome, friendly, kind, and warm. They were extremely attentive to all our needs. Sanjog, the Operations Manager, leads by example, accompanied by an excellent team. Great recommendations. The location is perfect, we spent most of our free time on the balcony - great views of the mountains (and the statue of Shiva!) and the serene lake. The place is not far from the bars and restaurants, but far enough to escape the scene if you need a quiet moment. We're looking forward to coming back very soon. Thank you, Sanjog. You made it a memorable trip.

住在lake shore的体验真的很棒！It is a nice experience staying at lake shore! I think the best part is that we can ask the operation manager Sanjog and staff to arrange everything in Pokhara for us with the best price, including airport pickup, Bungee, paragliding etc. The location is along the lake so it is nice to have a walk or bike ride along Fewa. The room is clean, comfy and with the view of mountain, the milk tea here is 10/10 by the way!

Tha location was great and the view from the room was amazing. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Sanjog the operations manager was very helpful and made sure we made most out of our stay in Pokhara.

Everything and sanjog brother best and always ready to help

The hotel meets all our expectations and the hotel operation manager Sanjog arranged everything we needed. We used the laundry service, which was ready the next morning. The hotel arranged bus tickets for us to Chitwan National Park and Sanjog took us to the bus station for free. It was also no problem to make an early breakfast due to the bus leaving at 7am. Overall we were satisfied in the hotel and the stay was very pleasant.

I am very happy with hotels in all the countries and cities I have visited. but I felt so good here that I extended my vacation for it. hotel owners, staff sincerely looking into your eyes to help. I felt lucky to find a hotel where many things were good. especially thanks my brother 'Sonjek'! 🙃

The location is great , close to so many places that I wanted to visit !! Staffs are friendly , specially the operation manager mr. sanjog is very helpful.

The place was centrally located and accessible. Right across the Phewa lake. Sanjog was very helpful and proactivel in helping us plan sight seeing, arranging for cabs etc. Would recommend this stay option.

Where to start ? From the moment I booked the Hotel lake shore everything has been perfect. The communication on Whatsapp at every moment was kind and flawless especially thanks to Sanjog the manager. He took great care of us all along our journey in Pokhara (we ended up staying 8 nights), nothing was too much for him. We got picked up at the tourist bus station on arrival and dropped off the day of departure free of charge. The location of the hotel is perfect, street 6, close to the lake and all the attractions, restaurants etc. The rooms (we had several) are all perfect, comfortable, very clean, and with a good size. The rooms have everything you need, nice and comfy bed, kettle, tv, great bathroom with hot and powerful shower, plugs near to the bed, different lights but the special plus is the balcony with the view over the Machapuchare / fish tail ! The breakfast is also very good, plentyfull (especially if you take the english one) and the whole staff will just make you feel at home. They carry your lugage, bring water, towels, soap, toilet paper, plates, kitchen ware whatever on demand. Nothing seems ever too much for the people here. We've been travelling non stop for more than a year all around Asia and this hotel will stay in our top for a long time for sure. Last but not least, the value you get for the price you pay is unbeatable. Thanks again Sanjog and the whole team, if we ever come back to Pokhara we know where to go eyes closed !
