Property amenities and location are great. We couldn’t access the condo upon arrival which was frustrating. Location is walkable to Main Street shops. We’d stay again if there were black out shades!

Everything in the condo was as advertised and in great condition, with plenty of space for our whole family! The proximity to downtown was even better than expected. Roc was very informative leading up to our stay, providing local recommendations for activities and food as well as a full rundown of the arrival and check-in process. We would definitely stay there again!

We spent our early mornings and evenings after dinner at the condo. The hot tub was nice after a long day of exploring the city and surrounding areas. The condo was very comfortable, however we did have issues with several of the closet doors coming off the track and actually could not get the one back on. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need which was nice, even though we did not cook at all. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice. Overall it was great and we would return and would recommend it to friends. Thank you again!

Excellent location. Short walk to downtown Park City. Check in was easy. Condo was spacious for our group. Beds were very comfortable. Remodeled shower in master bedroom was excellent. Only used the hot tub once. Although I bumped the temperature up it never got more than warm. Overall a very enjoyable experience that brought some great memories.

We had a lovely stay and the check in and logistics were flawless. Roc was a very thorough host in terms of the details of the apartment and the town. The flat is lovely and well located downtown and the amenities were great. All in all, a great place to stay, and we would definitely return.

My family and I recently stayed at Roc’s place in PC and we had such a fabulous time. It was a very warm and inviting home, plenty of room for a family of 5 (3 teenagers) plus all the ski gear, ideal location for skiing and walking to all Main Street shops. I highly recommend his home to anyone looking looking for a ski getaway/relaxing home away from home experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! Super convenient to Town Lift and all the great restaurants and shops! Easy check in. Unit had all the basics covered- plus extras such as whole unit humidifier, which we loved. Only downside was the fireplace not working but according to manager, it was a building-wide issue. All in all we highly recommend. Roc is a dream to work with!

This unit exceeded all expectations! Not only is the unit great, the host was so helpful with everything we needed to know about Park City. The hot tub was awesome! The kitchen is so well stocked, bedding so comfortable, plenty of storage in all the closets, nicely decorated and so close to everything. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Roc’s condo in Park City. Our host was excellent, very responsive. The condo itself was as advertised, great beds, soft towels, and the hot tub was clean and modern. The location is super; it is very close to town lift and downtown. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo for your stay at Park City.

Highly recommend this property! Roc was a fantastic host, extremely helpful and accommodating. You literally can’t ask for a better location. Super short walk to town/restaurants/shops/ski rentals/ski lift. Has everything you need and more for a getaway vacation. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Enjoying staying at this well appointed condo, which was nicely decorated, and included all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Owner was very detailed in his communications and provided more than most standard condo rentals in regard to supplies for the kitchen and cleaning, etc.. This was very well appreciated.

House is clean, comfortable - an elegant decor - with lovely amenities like plush towels, new and quality linens and soft pillows, soap, shampoo, etc. property manager is responsive, attentive, informative and quickly and effectively responds to all/any concerns or requests. Location for skiing is fabulous - 5-10 min walk to lift in ski boots. Located 1 block from town so ready access to shopping and restaurants. Close to park city and a 10 min drive to major grocery stores. Would return in a heartbeat.

Spacious property with very nice finishes in a great location. My family of four was very comfortable in the unit, and the short walk to the Town Lift and the historic downtown area was ideal. Our only issue was that the clothes dryer stopped working on Christmas Eve, but a friendly neighbor let us use theirs so it was not a problem. Roc was terrific and gave us lots of valuable advice. We would be quite happy to stay here again.

Well-appointed and spacious condo that lived up to description. Location is perfect for a short jaunt to Main Street or taking the Town Lift. Host is extremely accessible and helped troubleshoot immediately on where to park after a fire in another unit in the building closed the underground garage. Cleanliness lived up to spouse's standard - who is very discerning. My family enjoyed their stay and it was a perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The location cannot be beat with this apartment. It was clean and the owner did a great job of sending us all of the necessary information about the property as well as some helpful nuggets for our stay in Park City.

Interesting stay. Location is amazing and the place worked well for us. Everything went smoothly until our second to last day…we arrived back from lunch and there was an overwhelming chemical smell throughout the entire unit. We considered leaving because it did not feel safe to be in there, especially with our kids. We could not locate the origin of the smell…we knocked on neighbor’s doors and it appeared to be only us. We called the property management company and they said they would send someone from maintenance, but they never showed up. We tried repeatedly to contact the host but he didn’t answer phone or VRBO message. (We found out later his cell phone battery died). We ended up opening all the windows and doors and turning up the fans to air out the unit. Hours later it still smelled but was much improved. (Thankfully we didn’t have to find a last minute hotel for our last night of vacation.) So…that situation was less than desirable, but otherwise it was great. I will say that other than not responding during that situation, the host was otherwise very responsive and accommodating when we requested early check in and late checkout.

This condo is just steps from the historic main street. We walked to many restaurants/shops every day. The peak a boo views of the slopes is a plus. The hot tub in this home is by far the best, newest, in pristine condition hot tub we have EVER come by. Everything you could need is provided and the host is super easy to reach and very accommodating. The furnishings are very nice, beds are comfortable. The unit is on the ground floor and if I had any complaint it would be heavy footed guests above us, but didn't take away from the comfort of this home. We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home.

Loved location. Easy access to town, restaurants and ski lift. Home has everything you need and more! We would stay there again.

This is a great unit and the property manager did a great job communicating with us.

This 3 bedroom condo was great for our group. Everyone had their own bath and privacy. The dining table is huge - great for dinner and apres ski. Great location - 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants.

Roc is a responsible, reliable landlord. He communicates with attention to many details and his home decor reflects the same approach. I am a thorough researcher and discerning customer. We would absolutely return again!

This is a well- maintained condo a very short walk to old town lift. The location is excellent for skiing, shopping and restaurants. The private hot tub is great after hitting the slopes. Communication with Roc was quick and easy. We encountered a car issue and Roc went above and beyond to help us. Our family of four had plenty of space. Lots of storage. There is an underground parking spot for the unit. I highly recommend this condo and would like to book again next time in Park City.

Tremendous location with everything we needed. Close to the town lift and all the restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend using the town sports rental and leaving your skis there overnight as it was incredibly convenient

My husband and I spent the holidays at Roc’s property with our two adult sons and their partners. When we arrived on December 23rd, we were welcomed with soothing music being played and twinkling Christmas lights tastefully placed throughout the living area and on the outside deck. It was a thoughtful introduction to a very well thought-out condo. Everything was in tip top shape: exceedingly cleaned, well maintained, comfortable beds, very nice linens and towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The photos very accurately depicted the space so there were no surprises. The location is very walkable to the Park City ski lifts and downtown area. The only minor hiccups were finding the building when we first arrived but we did arrive after dark which is always a challenge and the checkout instructions were sent a tad too late but I knew from past rental experiences what the drill was. Other than that Roc was a very responsive and helpful to all of my inquiries. All six of us agreed that we would rent this unit with no hesitation in the future.

This Townpointe condo is fantastic! Furnished with everything you need and convenient to downtown.
