We enjoyed our winter week away in a great apartment, fantastic location, short walk to restaurants, shops and beach. We will definitely return.

Well presented and immaculately clean apartment with amazing views. The large balcony is a perfect sun trap, with sunshine from morning till evening. Alan was an excellent host and his communication was first class. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Stunning & impeccably presented apartment. Outstanding ocean views with a relaxed & welcoming ambience. Great location & close to restaurants, shopping & the stunning Old Town harbour. Communication with the fabulous hosts is excellent with regular updates & information. This perfect little gem is most definitely on our 'return to' list!

A fabulous, well equipped, spotlessly clean, contemporary, stylish apartment. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to shops, supermarket, the old town and the beach. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet. The sea and harbour views from the large balcony are stunning, it has the sun from sunrise to sunset. This apartment has it all! The owners were excellent, very friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us. We definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time. So glad we booked this apartment. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for next year.

Lovely modern appartment, well equipped, beautifully stylish and clean. The view from the balcony is tremenously mood enhancing. The balcony is private, spacious and sunny all day long. Ive had a wonderful relaxing holiday, Thank you Alan for your friendly welcome and ready assistance in all things.

We had a lovely stay here. Alan is so helpful, keeping in touch on a regular basis. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The apartment is close to restaurants bars and old town. Supermarket is only a few yards away. The view is lovely and the balcony gets the sun until late afternoon. The place is spotlessly clean and the choice of decor makes it feel really cozy. We have booked for next year.

Alan & Don were perfect very friendly hosts, there to greet us on arrival and help and show us around. Always only a text away if needed for any reason. The Apartment was perfect for us clean, bright, fresh and airy equipped with everything you need for your stay. The apartment has a good sized balcony in the sun virtually all day with a lovely view over the Marina and the hills in the distance perfect for a glass or two as the sun goes down and for soaking up the sun during the day. Good WIFI connection. Good sized pool access also available on the complex Short walk into Old Town with all its bars and restaurants as well as bars close by, couldn’t ask for anything more from the apartment or Alan & Don would highly recommend a stay here we would certainly go back and probably will. Thanks for a great week.

Had a fantastic stay at Alan's apartment, beautiful place and the view is amazing, Alan met us on arrival and was a perfect host. We hope to stay there again next year, we would have stayed there again later this year but unfortunately it is fully booked. I can highly recommend Alan's apartment.

We’re just back from holiday, we’ve stayed at many different places in Puerto Del Carmen over the years and this has been the best one. The apartment is so light and airy and well equipped has everything that you need (and more) for a self catering holiday. The balcony was brilliant, with the sun loungers perfect for sunbathing as it got the sun all day. The view was also something else, on a clear day you can see right over to Fuerteventura. The photos are fab but you need to see the apartment in person to truly appreciate it. Thanks Allan and Don, you were great. Julie & Michael

The apartment is perfect for a couple. The location near the harbour is great for going out and the beaches are within a 10 min walk. Alan was a very nice host!

The apartment more than fulfilled our expectations. It is very comfortable, has great views over the harbour and is in an ideal location in the old town. We look forward to staying there again in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Just returned from 1 months stay, we were greated by the owners who are wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The aparment is imaculate, well equipped and maintained to a high standard, we didn't want for anything, amazing views, great location, would not hesitate to recommend, we have already booked for another 2 holidays and can't wait..

Just back from a stay in this beautiful apartment. Very nice host met us and helped with our bags. The place was so clean and everything looked new. Very convenient location in the town. Very close to shops, bars etc. Apartment well equipped, comfortable, and owners very helpful in making it as homely as possible for us while we were there. Would recommend them and their apartment if you want to stay in a central location.

The apartment is very modern and everything was perfect. The view is amazing. It is very comfortable and contemporary. The owners were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us We will definitely book there again at our first opportunity. It is a very convenient location , everything is to hand. All equipment is of very high standard.

This place was amazing!! Naldo could not have done more for us, whilst we were there - we merely mentioned having a wok and the next day it was there! Great service, but equally important was the apartment and those amazing views!! Close to all of the local amenities, restaurants and bars, plus within minutes of the beach.Will definitely be back, in fact already booking!!

Great apartment with great views especially of the sunrise and sunset. Sun on balcony from 8am till 6pm. All contact with Naldo is quickly answered. We arrived on an early flight and he contacted us to say the apartment would be ready early so that was an added bonus. A short stroll and you are near the harbour but there are bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket close to the apartment. Everything you need is provided including beach towels free TV with English channels and free wifi.

Firstly, communication with Naldo was fantastic, we were contacted imediatley when we requested information on the apartment and booking the apartment was very straight forward. We were met at the apartment with keys and an overview on where everything was. The apartment was very well equipped and included extras you usually have to pay for such as Internet access, TV, washing machine and a safety deposit box. There is also a ceiling fan for those hot day's. On the balcony there is a nice table and two chair to enjoy along with two sun lounger. There are beach towels too so that saved on bringing some in the luggage. We would highly recommend renting this apartment due to the modern feel, great location, friendly owners and an amazing view which looks out onto the ocean and also gives a birds eye view of the ports going ons. We are looking forward to our next visit and will definetly be staying here again.
