Our long weekend was perfects in every way, from our welcome to the farewell. Although this early March visit was too cold for swimming or sunning, the beauty of the property and coastal surroundings provided much to enjoy. This lovely house provided all the comforts of home, and we’re already looking forward to a return visit. Thank you Geo!

The owner has a great description of the property. He also has a great briefing of how everything in the house works. We were very lucky with the weather; great walks on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I would definitely like to go back. The house is a great value. Very highly recommended.

My daughter and I spent a few days at this wonderful home at the end of May. From the initial booking, through the pre arrival process, checking in, time we were there and even after we had left. Everything was exceptional. Geo is so kind, helpful, welcoming., and Sue was wonderful. She was there waiting for us when we arrived, and explained everything about the house and surrounding area. The house was perfect and ready for us with the doors open so you could feel the ocean breeze. It was like Heaven. There is something about Geo’s house that is so charming, inviting and comfortable. We loved it. It had everything you could need, and more. The beds were super comfortable , and there was lots of great little spots to relax and enjoy the views. There isn’t a single spot that doesn’t have an amazing view. I can’t recommend this property enough, the house itself, Geo the owner and Sue the house manager are all amazing. Such a pleasure on every level. We loved getting to stay there and getting to know Geo and Sue a little bit. They felt like friends… lovely people. Beautiful home.

We celebrated our daughter's graduation from URI this past weekend and couldn't have asked to celebrate at a more beautiful property! This property is amazing. Stunning views of the ocean from every window & balcony of the property. Clean, cozy, nicely decorated and the host, Geo was absolutely a charm to rent from. We will definitely be back! We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home!! The ocean is right across the street, so, one of the bedrooms faces that, with a balcony. The master bedroom faces the bay side & we saw such a gorgeous sunset!! The house was very clean & had everything we needed to be comfortable. Geo is a great host, very communicative & Sue the housekeeper showed us where everything is around the house. We definitely plan to stay again!!

What an incredible find! Even off season, Geo’s home made the perfect getaway. Geo and Sue are such welcoming and attentive hosts. The house is beautifully finished and stocked with everything you could think to need available - even a few jigsaw puzzles that came in handy on a rainy day. Best of all, the beach and pond views and access are even better than the photos. Every window in the house has a gorgeous view and you’re on the dunes just steps beyond the driveway. I’ve definitely found my new spot - can’t wait to go back!

You simply cannot beat this property. It’s located on the ocean, with incredible water views from every window. The home is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was thoughtful in their design. Beds were comfortable as well! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and Geo and Sue were more than helpful in getting us settled in. The house has everything needed for a stay away inside, clear views of the ocean out the front and Ninigret Pond out back. The beach access out the front made for perfect morning walks. This is our first stay on Charlestown beach road and we really enjoyed the location. We were able to further explore Charlestown and made a short trip over to the Matunuck Ouster Bar.

Enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that there were a lot of house flies (even though it was november). Everything else was perfect.

The house was clean, well appointed, and fully equipped for a lovely fall getaway in Rhode Island. The experience from start to finish was easy and the house exceeded our expectations.

What a great week we had. The house is fantastic. It is in a beautiful location, and nothing was lacking. Geo and Sue made everything so easy. And to top it off, we had perfect weather. Cannot wait to go back.

The house and folks who manage the property are wonderful! The house has a amazing views of the beach and the salt water ponds, the open layout and beautiful big windows makes it easy to enjoy both from almost every spot in the house. Its Cute and cozy and I can't wait to return and make more memories.

Best time ever!

Geo's house is like being on a luxurious yacht. the ocean is in front, back and all around. Every amenity is offered. The house is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated..not even a bit of chipped paint. Geo has thought of everything and is very responsive with helpful hints.The wifi and Fios TV with Netflix was appreciated. We especially like the screened porch for sunsets and wine!! I will remember the sound of the waves at night for a very long time. Thanks for the memories Geo!!!

The pictures don't do this house justice! There are ocean or marsh views from every window. There are so many choices when it comes to where you want to hang out, whether that's by the fire, on the screened in porch, out front on the deck or on your own private deck in the bedrooms. We thought maybe we'd go check out one of the local restaurants but we couldn't even force ourselves to go anywhere - it's too nice! The beach is so beautiful - we spent both of our days there enjoying the view. I would only suggest that you make a quick stop at the dollar store and grab some staple spices, tin foil, pam spray, etc because there was only salt,pepper and plastic wrap, so we did have to run out for some things but not a huge deal. We will definitely be back. What more can I say - it's heaven!

This home doesn’t disappoint inside or out. Surrounded by water views, rolling waves and peaceful sounds of nature your sure to forget any cares you may have. Geo is a great host and makes sure your taken care of. We’ll be back!

Geo’s home is the perfect beach house! The views are spectacular – you can see the water from every room. And the sunsets are gorgeous from the back balcony off the master. The beach was empty and perfect for long walks. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Geo was a great host and offered suggestions for restaurants and other local services. Sue was lovely. She greeted us at the house and was available to answer any questions during our stay. We were only able to stay two days, but it felt like we had a real getaway. We hope to return!

This house is beautiful, with fantastic views of the ocean and the salt ponds. Even when we were indoors on a rainy Sunday, the many well-situated windows made us feel close to nature. The owner and the local property manager were very accommodating and easy to deal with. My husband and I look forward to a longer return visit!

Stunning views all around! The house & location provided the much sought after rest & relaxation. We utilized all outdoor decks & balconies. Kitchen seating was ample to host friends for dinner one evening. We really enjoyed this property as four of of us were very comfortable.
