Unglaublich nettes Personal! Wir bekamen viele Tipps und Informationen für unsere Zeit in Valladolid! Vielen Dank! Zimmer sehr groß und der Garten sehr schön angelegt. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein großer Supermarkt. Parkplätze an der Straße vorm Hotel. Frühstück ist lecker, aber man muss am Vorabend aus 4 Gerichten wählen.

Im Zimmer könnten ein paar Dinge optimiert werden. Die Klimaanlage hing über dem Bett, dadurch tropfte etwas Kondenswasser aufs Bett, sehr nervig beim Schlafen. Die Temperatur des Wasser in der Dusche lässt sich leider quasi nicht einstellen, es ist entweder heiß oder kalt.

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben super Tipps für in und um Valladolid bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde frisch zubereitet. Kinder unter 15 sind nicht erlaubt. Das bedeutet für uns Ruhe am Pool und beim Frühstück. Tolles Konzept wie hier mit den Gästen umgegangen wird. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Sowas habe ich noch nirgendwo auf der Welt in diesem Preissegment bekommen.

Frühstück gibt es leider erst ab 8:00 Uhr. Für uns Frühaufsteher leider etwas spät.

Everything was great! We got some great suggestions from the front desk when we arrived and loved the pool and breakfast. There is a grocery store less than a block away which was very convenient.

Air conditioning could be better. Reception staff were helpful but at some times too intense.

The property layout was gorgeous and beautiful the rooms had very good air conditioning with huge spacious bathrooms (that shower head is to die for)! Also not to mention how comfy the beds were. The pool was also really nice and the grotto made for some awesome pictures! Lastly, really enjoyed the homemade breakfast everyday. Thank you to the staff, like Yanet, Martin and Javier. They were exceptional. Love this place definitely going back.

The only thing was the construction going on at the time! It was an eye sore but they were mostly out of the way, once the construction is done it’s gonna be 10/10 for sure!

Location is close to town, spacious room, massive bed.

Breakfast was standard, shower pressure was poor other than that a lovely stay.

The property was really nice and the rooms are very spacious. The free breakfast in the morning was good and fresh. I loved the location being in a neighborhood as opposed to just a tourist area. We loved walking around the area. It’s also across the street from a grocery store so it was very convenient to get water and snacks. It’s only a 10 min walk to the heart of the city. The front desk staff were so nice and gave great recommendations for cenotes in the area.

There is construction going on so there was some construction dust in the pool. A very small complaint though.

Lack of bar / food - only water available - could maybe have at least some snacks, beers, soft drinks in the fridge available to guests (no mini bar either), ongoing construction work unsightly and loud. Overall had the feel of a hotel with lots of potential, but some of it not quite finished.

Very, very friendly staff. They helped us with everything, and even called the airport because our luggage went missing. Only six rooms at the moment, so it's very personal.

Amazing staff who had lots of recommendations and were always happy to help. The pool area was really relaxing and easy to park outside.

If you don’t like walking it’s a little far from the centre (10 minute walk) but this wasn’t a problem for us at all and felt like you were outside of touristy areas

We had the possibility to book 1 extra night which was very nice. Everyone working there were extremely nice. The receptionist and the manager in particular really took the time to explain everything we wanted to know. The rooms are really spacious and includes everything you want.

Javier was a delight to speak to at the front desk! He gave us wonderful recommendations to visit the town and help us plan our day. The provided breakfast was wonderful. We did not swim in the main pool but rather the smaller one to cool off. The AC should be taught how to use because for some people the remote isn't as straight forward as you think. If you are coming with bags, take a taxi from the center of the town. We did walk the 15 minutes but with uneven streets and the heat, it is a little difficult but doable.

This is an amazing boutique hotel located just outside the center of Valladolid! The hotel is located in a dead end street which makes it very quiet. Therefore you are not bothered by any noise while still being close to the center. You can safely park directly in front of the hotel. There is more than enough space. Upon arrival we were very warmly welcomed. The host was very interested in our trip and took extensive time to give us tips for nice trips, restaurants and tours. With his tips, he also pointed us to less touristic spots such as Ek’ Balam and Cenote Sac Aua. He was willing to help us out with anything, like helping us book a boat trip. (Should you be looking for a boat trip in Rio Lagartos definitely choose Martin Aguiñaga as a captain). When we left early for the trip the hotel gave us fresh fruit and coffee to go. The hotel has only 6 rooms which makes it nice and quiet. The rooms are very large and have good air conditioning and are very comfortable. The WiFi was also very good both in the room and by the pool. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot tub. This is also really needed in Valladolid as it is very hot. There are comfortable beds and hammocks so you can relax there. If we return to Valladolid we will definitely got to this hotel again!

I am going to start by saying that this hotel is not a 5 star, 3 stars would be even exaggerated! Breakfast is very limited and ridiculous (if you ask me)… you have to chose amongst 4 options which are mostly either eggs or cereal or fruit. You can’t have more than one thing, which is insane given the hotel is a 5 star (not sure how). Laundry service: Booking.com states it has it. Stuff told us they don’t do it. So either stuff is lying or Booking.com is misleading its customers! Hotel staff is indeed very kind but not very flexible: we booked for 3 days with one night in a small room and 2 nights in a larger room. We asked to be upgraded to the large room so we didn’t have to change after just one day and also suggested to pay the difference. Not a chance, apparently too complicated for them. Then the price: Booking.com shows prices in USD, the hotel charges in MXN pesos with the most unfavourable FX. I asked to be charged with the price I booked the room for, in USD, and again you can only do that if you pay in cash, so not a chance even in this case. In total I paid £15 more compared to the suggestions that Booking.com gave me on the same day. Then location: not the best, unless you like to walk, which if fine one, two times but for my three night stay became really an inconvenience. I knew this in advance by reading other travelers’ comments but I said to myself “it’s a 5 star, the rest must be amazing..” and I obviously was wrong. So many other hotels in town at a much cheaper price!!! So no, I would not recommend this hotel. Sorry!

Location, poor breakfast (for a 5 star) and you can’t even have both fridge and your phone on given the poor design. Also the size of the bathroom is bigger than the sleeping area!

stayed there for only one night. the car can be parked right outside. we got great recommendations when we arrived and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. we chelates out early to get to Chichen itza, and even though the breakfast only starts at 8 they packed is coffee and fruit.

Staff was amazing, they went above and beyond with recommendations and checking on our trip. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Included breakfast was very tasty.

The A/C in the room was dripping directly into the bed so we couldn’t really use it when sleeping, the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Location was a bit far from the city center, you can’t really tell from the map but it is quite into the local town with roads being a bit scary to walk back at night. Included breakfast options were limited and repetitive (although very delicious indeed) and it opens too late. They were also doing some works on site so there was a lot of noise on the outside areas.

booking.com address is incorrect and came to my calendar. I put into maps and got soooo lost. they helped me find them thank goodness but it was dark and we went to the edge of the city. this is located on a quiet street near middle of town.
