We have stayed here several times now, back after a 5 year break and still as beautiful as ever. The staff at villathalasas are always so helpful too…another amazing stay in sivota bay at koumaria …stunning views

We just spent a week at the villa with our children and 3 small grandsons and had an amazing time. The villa is very well equipped and in excellent condition - but the views and the pool are the highlight - the pool a perfect temperature and with views across the sea to Cephalonia and Ithaca. Sivota harbour is handily situated about a 10min drive away, handy for top up shopping and for enjoying the restaurants and bars along the pretty harbourside.

Nice clean Villa in Sivota - The Valley of Philippe :-) Large swimming pool/terras. Beautiful view !!! Even inside the Villa !!! Large interieur with all the comfort/tools you need for a long .. long visit at Lefkada. Stayed at Lefkada for many times already, this Villa Koumaria gets an A+ from us. A beautiful modern villa on the hill with a stunning view across to the islands. Light and airy inside, the villa is well laid out with very comfortable beds. The infinity pool is a great size, big enough for lengths.

Die Villa ist etwas ausserhalb von Sivota gelegen und somit sehr ruhig mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Anlage ist am Hang gelegen und von anderen Villen nicht einsehbar. Es gibt 2 absolut gleichwertige Doppelzimmer und eine Einliegerwohnung im unteren Bereich sowie 3 Einzelbetten im Dachgeschoss. Es ist alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man ist jedoch auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen und der Schotterweg macht die Sache auch nicht besser. Der Vorteil davon ist jedoch wenig Verkehr und die Fahrzeuge fahren sehr langsam an die Villen heran. Besonders hat uns der Kontakt mit Mema gefallen, die uns super freundlich empfangen und betreut hat.

Nice house. Everything was just as in the offer. Only the internet and the mobile network was very, very poor ….. but sometimes this is not a big problem.

We had a lovely stay at villa koumaria last week and we stayed for 9 days which was perfect. Mema was really helpful and easily contactable. The views were absolutely amazing, the kids loved the pool and it was very well equipped. The beaches are fabulous. Amoussa beach was the best one we found, get there by 10.20 to get a sunbed. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

We have just returned from a two week Holliday at this villa. What we thought was goi g to be a quiet relaxing time was anything but. On arrival you have to park the car down the road from the villa and climb steps up from outside or inside. My Husband is disabled so this was not ideal. Unbeknown to us they were building a villa just below ours so we were woken up most days at 7.30 by builders banging and drilling and talking loudly. This went on every day - even Sunday! The WiFi was terrible and we could not even make a phone call. If you tried to get internet it was hit and miss (mostly miss) . The rep for the villa was very unreliable. We were not given a key for the safe as it had been broken. The rep said she would return in two days with a key - no sign of her. A week later I asked where the key was and was told wouldn’t be one. This meant we had to carry our passports and valuables around with us all the time - highly inconvenient and dangerous as we could have lost something. We also asked the rep about a taxi service which she said she would look into but never got back to us. She said on two separate occasions that she would be visiting us but never showed up. There is only a dining table and chairs outside and sunloungers. No comfortable outside seating (forget it if you have any back trouble) which was again very uncomfortable for my husband. We were told there was a concrete ‘bench ‘ against a brick wall which did not look at all comfortable. When I asked for cushions I was told there weren’t any! The only outside shaded area is above the ding table and chairs, once the sun comes round (about 1.30pm) there is no escaping the sun. Oh, if you want to visit the uncomfortable bench area, it is under a tree with leaves constantly falling off it. All in all we paid a lot of money for what we thought was going to be a very relaxing and quiet two weeks but ended up being an extremely disappointing and overpriced stay at a villa we would never recommend.

Super vacances en famille pour notre deuxieme sejour à la villa koumaria. Nous sommes toujours aussi admiratifs devant la beauté des paysages parfaitement mis en valeur par la piscine à debordement et les jardins en terrasses. Merci à Tasos pour son acceuil et sa réactivité . Nous pensons déjà à un prochain séjour !!!!

Is was not the first time for us in Koumaria. The villa is very nice and comfortable, the view is just WAHOU ! I reserve already for the next year.

I've been to many villas on Lefkada island but this one is truly fantastic, very beautiful and modern, amazing views and surrouding garden, just the dream vacation!!!!

We have just returned from a week at Villa Koumaria. The villa is very comfy with the main living space and bedrooms (the two doubles, both ensuite) on one level with doors from each room opening onto a wide terrace that connects the spaces with the pool. One of the outstanding features are the views and there's no escaping them with large windows, and mirrors are positioned so even facing the opposite direction you're not missing out! The villa is very private but others homes are being developed close by. We spent hours relaxing inside and out. We particularly loved the planting around the house and pool: full of colourful and deliciously scented flowers. A cool, calm, perfect place to relax. Thanks to Anna and Tasos and the wider Villas Thalassa team for your great customer service.

In October, Villa Koumaria was a place of peace, the color of the sea and the garden were superb. I highly recommend this place at this time of the year

We are a Austrian Family of 7 who stayed in the villa in sept 2016. The villa was absolutely perfect, and had everything we needed. It was very clean and spacious, with an amazing view over the sea. The well equiped kitchen was fabulous. Every doors and windows had mosquito nets . The swimming pool was also nice. Now we are back in our mountain and we miss Lefkada already..! We would love to come back some day...

Superb house amazing view very quiet beautifull garden Small disapointemnet air condition cover only 50% of the house and no operating wifi So if as Jerome told us this minor problems will be resolved next year we will come again with pleasure

My husband and I had a wonderful and very peaceful stay at the Villa Koumaria and the absolutely stunning surrounding! The villa is beautifully and stylish furnished - you see and feel the good taste of the owner. the terrace and pool area is big but cosy and the pool itself is spacious and inviting. The maintenance is just perfect and never disturbing the privacy one wishes to have. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Villa Koumaria!!!

We had a wonderful time in Villa Koumaria last fall. The view is amazing and the house is cosy and spacious. We also enjoyed the big terrace and the pool. This place is so quiet and peaceful to relax and have a great time with friends or family. We will come back ! :)
