Stayed for 2 nights to explore Burlington. Nice clean apartment. Perfect for a place to crash and have a home base. Would recommend

difficult to sleep at, people taking drugs at 3:00am and yelling in front of the bedroom window. Train horn at 12:00am and 2:30am

Arrived. Dirty sheets and towels on floor. No toilet paper. Unit not cleaned. Retrieved sheets and supplies on own from service unit next door. What happened to the person who broke the bed? Dire. Very convenient, good parking. Good communication, I suppose. Thanks for allowing us to self-help from the service unit. Effortless.

This property was in an excellent location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we had dinner. The laundry was lacking as in the washer was out of order, so not able to do laundry all week. Only had 2 towels provided by the property owner however we read that in previous reviews so we were prepared. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay here again. All the reviews about outside trash overflowing, we did not experience that.

Affordable price and everything that I needed. A quick Uber to Burlington. Absolutely loved it here. A super cute wee apartment area. Thanks so much.

There were 2 grubs on the floor as well as trash in the kitchen barrel. The bed sheets looked dingy.

This property was definitely the worst I’ve stayed at. The overflowing trash smell right outside the door of the unit and the look of the building was completely unwelcoming. The floors were concrete and cold with not real carpeting. Upon arrival it was a tough musty smell but had to leave for a show. When we came back from our show we noticed dead flowers had been left in the unit and there were fruit flies everywhere. There were also ants trailing from the front door, which I assume the overflowing trash had something to do with it. The bed was broken and we would both sink in the middle. The towels left were damp and the shower was quite rusty. The toilet also sounded like a plane was taking off! Also for the price of the unit, you’d think shampoo and body wash would be available but it’s not. The host was very unresponsive and when I complained there was complete radio silence. So very disappointed. We were supposed to stay the whole weekend and decided to leave at 7 am the next morning. Such a bad experience.

I stayed a week and it was a little too long. There wasn't enough natural light. It was a great place for an overnight, but I think a week was too long. Walking distance to Winooski was wonderful.

Apartment was steps to the wedding venue. It was perfect location and just what we needed.

Garbage and recycling bins were literally overflowing and blowing onto my doorstep. There are bugs in the bedroom ceiling light. The table is rickety/unstable and needs to be adjusted. It would be nice to have a bath mat on the concrete floor.

No washcloths,?only 2 bath towel, no hand soap or soap for shower. Heating system filter alarm was alarming all night second night. Basement apartment with epoxy floors.

Great place, great weekend. Only negative was neighbors dog barking all night . No fault of host

Me and my friend had a good experience. We found everything that we need to feel confortable. We found out different option of restaurants and stores. It is small apartment but the distribution is nice.

My partner and I stayed here for a Cat Wolf show in Wanooski- we had no idea that the venue was a two minute walk from the apartment! Simple little space, but clean as an be. Beautiful light floats into the kitchen and living room in the mornings. A perfect place for anyone looking to get out and explore Wanooski and Burlington!

Easy to rent and communication good how to use. Is encircled with tricky one day streets so better driving or access info wild help. Very good restaurants & tap rooms in walking distance

Communication with the host leading up to the stay was great. Check in was easy. However, the pictures do not at all match the quality of the space. We arrived late at night and were very unpleasantly surprised at the condition of the unit (the walls are all scuffed up, the furniture doesn't match pictures, the bed and pillows extremely worn and uncomfortable). It was so late so we stayed the night but ended up finding a [very pricey, because it was last minute] hotel for the second night of our planned stay. On the plus side, we shared our concerns with the host and had a portion of what we'd paid refunded. The host is easy to work with, but the space is concerning.

Excellent location. But the owner of the property needs to upgrade the TV which was limited to lical, over the air stations only. At least get basic cable.

Keyless entry code didn’t work, property manager slow to respond (over an hour). Turns out it was the wrong code, supposedly because info on VRBO wasn’t updating - which, if that had also happened only the day before, wouldn’t it have been easily resolved by just proactively communicating this? Facilities were adequate but showed disrepair (dead battery in chirping smoke alarm, clothes dryer didn’t work, numerous unpatched nailholes in wall.) If you can look past such things, this place is okay. It was clean enough, didn’t smell, and was conveniently located. But the service needs to improve.

very convenient to all we wanted to do. Major construction on main road a block or so from unit, but that will finish & no fault of landlord. What WAS an issue was entry to unit one night coming back long after dark. Difficult to see what entering on key panel. Worse, code did not work.Phone call to vrbo & left message, no response, not even next day. Finally, after revue of email notes located another # which did open door. Inside, reviewed notice left by Tim re unit details & the code on that notice was not the one furnished in vrbo information. BAD end to good evening! l Unit was nice enough tho couch of farcical discomfort. As well, expect loud plumbing noise from water booster in bath since unit is below ground level.

Description and photos don’t match actual condition and contents of the unit. Unit was dirty, couch was broken, front door leaked during rain, paint on walls were chipped and scuffed, holes all over walls from previous wall hangings and warning/posting of potential lead paint exposure. The only good news is we called the owner to express our concerns and he immediately responded. Pictures showed couch and chairs in the living room but actual room only had a couch ( not the one in the picture) and it was broken in the middle. Owner tried to get new couch but couldn’t find one. Stayed for the evening because we had no place to go and left first thing in the morning. The place was an absolute dump. The owner did refund all our money. First time we have ever been burned using VRBO but we won’t let it happen again. Going to go the regular hotel route in the future. Totally ruined our plans and vacation.

This was really nice! Cozy apartment! Easy parking! WiFi and TV were perfect!! We walked to the town square every day - ate at the Mule Bar, Our House Bistro, Sneakers Bistro and McKee's Irish Pub. Everywhere was excellent! Really liked being able to walk to these places. I don't get to come to Vermont often, but when I do, I'll specifically be looking at VRBO to stay here!
