We have rented several homes over the years that our daughter was at UO and this was by far our favorite! Great for a couple. Beautiful peaceful cottage in an alley with a great garden, comfortable bed and everything we needed!

We had a great time at this garden cottage! It's a beautiful, quiet location, central to everything and easy to access. Everything was exactly as described and the kitchen was really well supplied if you want to make something during your stay! Highly recommend.

This little cottage is a gem...quiet neighborhood, very cosey, everything you need to feel right at home. The host was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. I will stay again !💛

It is obvious that the owner cares about making the cottage a comfortable place to stay. There are many personal touches and conveniences in the cottage. The bed is comfortable and the cottage is really cozy!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. It feels like a thoughtfully planned home rather than a quickly put together rental. It was a real treat to have a genuinely comfortable couch, chairs and bed, which is no small feat these days with our 70+ year-old bodies. The kitchen had all we needed and more with morning coffee on the patio as an added bonus!!
Jenni is a wonderfully accessible and informative host. She gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do in Eugene.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Eugene. The cottage was perfect with plenty of living space. It was very clean and had all the amenities you will need. The neighborhood was really nice for talking walks with Washington Park one block away. Grocery store is close by. Jenny kept in touch, checking in to see if we needed anything at all. We appreciated that very much. We highly recommend the cottage will certainly stay again.

What a lovely stay! This sunny little cottage is spacious, clean, and so comfortable! Jennifer is an excellent host. Complete kitchen and cozy living room; restful bedroom and garden surroundings . Easy parking right outside the front door. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If you like clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet, then you will love this tastefully decorated cottage in a great location. Host Jennifer was quick to respond and so accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked; we enjoyed fresh coffee and several varieties of teas. Comfortable bed, super clean and in walking distance of many restaurants, markets and brewpubs. Would definitely stay here again!

Very thoughtfully furnished little cottage! Very comfortable with a nice patio. Our host was friendly and welcoming. The cottage was incredibly clean and well maintained. We were able relax with large windows we could open wide and it still felt very private. We plan to stay here again!

Jennifer was amazing! As was the property. I forgot a bag and she notified me immediately and gave it back to us right away. I am thrilled with her as a host and the property too!!! I 100% recommend

Jennie’s place is the best! So cozy, and tastefully decorated. Overall great vibes! Jennie also anticipates her guests needs. Not only was the kitchen well stocked with supplies, including coffee, tea, cloth napkins, lovely plates and cups, but she even had a brand new toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss in the cabinet for the forgetful traveler! 😁I remembered my brush and paste, but totally forgot my floss and was delighted to find some. I will be back! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a couple of days in January, and from the fresh tulips on the kitchen window sill to the fluffy robes in the closet and guest slippers by the door, every need was thought of and addressed. There was even an excellent ground decaf ready for the French press. The cottage was as quiet as advertised. We were able to sleep comfortably with the windows open even though we were so close to downtown. Highly recommend this cottage.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean cottage. Our host, Jennie, was kind, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. I want to especially make note of the water filtration system in the kitchen sink. Eugene has great water but it can have a chlorine taste. This filtered tap made buying bottled water unnecessary. Excellent location, close to everything. Great experience!

This is my second stay here and always my first choice when looking for accommodation in Eugene. Jennifer provides many little details to make the stayer feel comfortable. Nice herbal teas , coffee a few seltzers. She even had some ribbon and wrapping tissue there and I needed it… iIt is a good location and provides off street parking. Thank you!

I always enjoy my stay College Hill Cottage. Jennifer is a wonderful host who always ensures I have everything I need during my stay. The cottage is very spacious, quiet and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The location is convenient to stores, but located in a beautiful neighborhood. One of my go to places when staying in Eugene!

This cottage is simply Clean, Comfortable, Quite, Cozy, an easy drive to anywhere in the Eugene area and most importantly, a great place to relax and enjoy a drink of your choice seating outside and enjoying the hummingbirds in a relaxing atmosphere.

Not fancy, but perfect for a weekend in Eugene. Downtown is within walking distance and Jennie is a very thoughtful host. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for restaurants and even fresh flowers. Wonderful experience!

We were only staying for 3 nights. Jennie’s cottage was perfect. The added touches really make you feel welcome. The cottage itself is very cute and comfortable. Jennie was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the cottage. It was homey, comfortable, and fully equipped. The location is plus, close to restaurants, Safeway, gas, University of Oregon, and more. Within walking distance of most. Garden, parking, amenities, and owner are a plus. You couldn't ask for more!
