We loved our stay in Natalie's place. It is a short walk to the bakery and every morning we had fresh croissants and baguettes. The stairs are very steep but that was fine - it worked well for two adults and two "kids" (one a grown up kid). Great kitchen with lots of space, and Natalie kindly left some treats for us when we arrived. We also appreciated the early check in. It's about a 15 minute walk from the station, fairly flat. Close to everything including the main street of Bayeux and the tapestry museum. Would highly recommend!

This apartment is perfect. It was spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding were high end and the location couldn't be better. There's a beautiful coutyard for eating outside. I would highly recommend it!

This was exactly what I hoped for in a vrbo in a foreign country. Personal touches by the owners/host were so appreciated. A specialty coffee maker, treat basket, juice, water, and cider. The host was very prompt in answering any questions and offer suggestions. I was impressed also by all the tourist material available. Minutes from anything you could possibly need including shopping, food, and site seeing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I loved the town and our little piece of it for 4 nights.

Extremely good location very close to shops, restaurants and all the sights of Bayeux. Beautiful private courtyard ideal for breakfast in the morning or relaxing in the evening with a few glasses of wine. The whole house was clean and Nathalie is excellent at communication. Unfortunately we were unable to get the tv or the Wi-Fi to work. Nathalie told me later the Wi-Fi had been accidentally switched off and I should have told her about it and she would have fixed it, which is fair enough but it wasn’t a big deal for us. My husband and I are in our 60s and found the spiral stairs tricky. We managed, but I feel the listing should mention that elderly people or those with mobility problems may struggle. On the whole though, we had a lovely holiday and if you can manage the stairs you couldn’t find a house in a better location. We loved Bayeux.

I thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation as my base for Normandy, Bayeux and surrounding areas. I spent three lovely weeks here, walking and using trains the first couple weeks, then rented a car for the last week. My favorite area was the enclosed garden, I spent many hours there, stitching, listening to audiobooks and enjoying the peace and quiet, and the church bells. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, etc. I appreciated having the washing machine and dishwasher. There were plenty of electrical outlets, wonderful shower in the bathroom. Apartment is half a block from the pedestrian street with good restaurants and shops. Close to the cathedral, tapestry, tour meet-up locations and other local sights. A perfect base to explore this beautiful part of France. I would definitely enjoy staying here again if I returned to this area.

We've had a very relaxed holliday with our family with 2 small kids. Very centered from which there was a lot to do and see. Highly recommend it to others. Also very easy and low key contact with the owners!

Natalie was amazing-we arrived at 21:30, she took time to show us the flat, and left a bottle of cider for us to enjoy. She also helped us call a taxi to depart. The flat was exactly as listed and very close to the city center, but quiet. I would definitely stay here any time I come to Bayeux.

Perfect place to come back to after a long day of touring the D-day beaches and Bayeux. Good location right in the heart of town. Plenty of restaurants. Good for two to four people (we had two) with plenty of space and all of the comforts of home. Definitely worth it.

The apartment was much prettier in person and it was spotless. Nathalie was right there to show us around and even helped me with an adapter as I had forgotten mine. She had little snacks for us, she was wonderful. You could not ask for a better location. It was right around the corner from the tapestry and the downtown area. I would stay there again in a second! Natalie was a very gracious host. She had tea, cookies, candies, water and a bottle of wine waiting for us. We felt like we never left home. Just a note…the bedrooms are up a small spiral staircase. Having a washing machine was helpful but you have to remember in France you air dry your clothes or go to the laundry to dry them. We will definitely recommend this to our friends.

I would rent again; I say and do that rarely. It felt like we were residents rather than tourists. Natalie was very accommodating.

Excellent location. Bayeux is a very interesting town/city...Great base to visit D-day beaches. The road was a little busy on occasion, and parking was a lottery.....but overall no big deal, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The rental was comfortable and the location was excellent. It was very short walk to restaurants and shops. The host was excellent and left us a welcome basket which was great. Beds were comfortable. The only negative is that Wifi was perfect downstairs but there was none upstairs. Not a huge issue and I would happily stay here again .

If you are in Bayeaux I would highly recommend booking this house. Close to the train station, 10 minute walk, cathedral and Bayeaux tapestry. The courtyard of the house is a perfect place to hear the church bells and enjoy a meal.

Het appartement is mooi centraal gelegen op korte afstand van bakker en restaurants. Appartement is zeer compleet uitgerust en smaakvol ingericht. De ontvangst was prettig en attent. Bayeux is een mooie oude stad met veel bezienswaardigheden met als hoogtepunt Het Tapijt van Bayeux. Bayeux is mooi centraal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de verschillende invasiestranden
