Couldn’t ask for a better location - Landings A1! Brittany and Mike took excellent care of us. Our only complaint was the horrible internet but we weren’t there to stare at our IPads. Snorkeling was great! Our thanks go to Brittany and Mike.

I am not sure I can add anything more than what has been said in the other reviews. Everything from the minute I booked to the minute Brittany and Mike dropped us off at the airport was 5+ stars. I really liked this particular condo, being on the 1st floor was really nice, we were steps from the pool and beach area, but it was still super quiet. View was amazing. If you go to The Landings Tres Cocos website you can easily see the different accommodations options. I was a bit confused just looking on VRBO. Definitely take Brittany and team up on their offer to help book excursions and your golf cart (a gold cart is a must!) Everything they helped us with was A+ and WAY easier than having to figure stuff out on your own! Not sure when we'll be headed back to Belize (hopefully sooner than later) but when we do, we'll be headed back here.

The condo's are spacious and right on the waterfront, about 1/4 mi from town. It is easy to walk to town or ride carts to wherever you are going on the island. Communication was superb with Kim and Chad. The condo's are clean and lovely accomodations. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Landing at Tres Cocos.

All the little things that you may worry about or need to plan on a vacation are taking care of by the brilliant couple of Chad and Kimberly. There is no need to think about anything while vacationing here. A map of great eats and cool locations are provided and any adventure you may want to try is just a phone call or email away, not to mention the beer fairy! :) We were beyond happy with this trip and already looking to return next year.

Booking a place to stay in a new city is challenging because you do not know the area. But let me save you some time: Chad and Kimberly's place is exactly what you want out of a stay at this Caye. It was just north of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, only a 5-10 minute golf cart drive (Golf cart is an absolute must have no matter where you stay on the island). However, it is not so far north that you are isolated in the "tourist-only" areas. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy immediate access to local restaurants and shops, but also enjoy a more relaxing setting as you wind down for the night. Chad and Kimberly are immediately available for anything you need, and they have their process down to a science to make sure your trip runs smoothly. We will be back!

From the first time talking to Kimberly she was extremely helpful and was very flexible when we had multiple flights changes. She booked all of our excursions and offered many suggestions for restaurants as well. Both Kimberly and Chad were always willing to help and provide us with anything we needed, wonderful hosts! The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Our only negative comment was that we didn’t have access from a beach into the water which our kids would’ve loved and we’d prefer that too but we could’ve done more research into that ourselves before coming so it isn’t anything our hosts did wrong. The property was lovely though so we enjoyed the beautiful pool area and could just drive a few minutes to a beach. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Loved it, Chad and Kimberly were the best hosts we have ever experienced with VRBO. They provided 5-star tours and assistance on arrival and departure. The condo's location is fantastic, short drive to town, and east saunter to the local beach bar. Thank You!!

Kimberly and Chad immediately and promptly gave us suggestions over VRBO and hooked us up constantly with perks in Belize. They met us as the airport even after we completely messed up our flight plans and delivered our bags to the house while giving us a tour of the island. If there were any problems at all, Kimberly instantly answered us and solved all our problems. The property is stunning, very spacious and right on the water. It’s a short short drive/walk from the main Belize area but offers isolation from a lot of the more hectic elements. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and would happily stay many more weeks here. Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation.

Chad and Kimberley were super helpful and communicative. They helped us set up all our snorkel adventures, a guided tour of the Mayan ruins in Lamanai, as well as pointing us to some great local spots to rustle up some grub. They also were able to stock the fridge with an assortment of drinks for us before our arrival. There were four of us, two adults, one 15 year old and one 11 year old. The Condo was plenty big with all the creature comforts you could need but to be honest, we spent as little time in the Condo and as much time as possible out exploring Ambergris, enjoying the snorkel sites, and touring the Mayan ruins. The property is just north of the bridge leading out of San Pedro. We liked this because it's a real easy drive into town if we wanted to do something there but we weren't in the heart of all the hustle and bustle. Also, if we wanted to head north and go to Secret Beach or some of the other restaurants along the way, it was easy to do that as well. If we wanted to cook in the condo, there was a grocery store just behind the Condo on the Main Road which was super convenient. For our needs, we felt the condo was a little more centrally located for what we wanted to do. We were here 4 years ago and stayed about 6 miles north of town. It took us a long time to get into town back then (30 minutes). Fortunately, they have extended the paved road to the north which makes travel a lot easier. Would definitely recommend. All I can say is "WOW"!!! This beautiful condo that overlooks the inviting seas and just a few steps from the relaxing pool is perfectly located just North of the bridge. It is a quick golf cart trip South into the hustle and bustle of San Pedro's city center or head North to several peaceful restaurants with unbelievable water views. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The best part of booking this condo is the services that Kimberly & Chad offer to make sure that your stay is UnBelizable!! I have never had such attentive property managers that did everything possible to make sure you don't have to worry about anything but having fun. They took care of our island flights, excursions, golf cart, transported luggage, and even stocked our fridge ahead of time. We have definitely turned into repeat clients. Can not wait to head back with even more friends next time.

Everything was as described & pictured. This is a great beach front condo & complex. The hosts, Kimberly & Chad, are responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. They offered to book our golf cart rental & excursions for us, and everything was awesome. I highly recommend this condo & the hosts!

We were looking to just relax. The property was very quite yet close enough to town and restaurants to be perfect for us.

This was our 5th trip to Ambergris Caye so we really did have the island figured out. This property is just 1/2 mile north of the bridge, which gets you out of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro while keeping you really close to town. The property is lovely. Well kept and quiet. It has a really nice pool to lounge around and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped with essentials. Kimberly and Chad, the hosts at the property are available for anything you may need, but they did such a good job of anticipating everything, there was no need to contact them during our entire stay. They pick you up and get you settled in and then drop you off and get you situated for your ride home. There is really nothing additional they could have done to improve our stay. It was excellent. We will be back for sure!

Kimberly and Chad were excellent! This was our 5th trip to San Pedro and I must say this was the best! Kimberly scheduled our excursions, had beverages waiting on us upon arrival, assisted with a golf cart, and provided a cell phone for us to use while on the island. I can't tell you how much this helps. They were always available to assist us. The condo was more than we expected! It was very comfortable and very clean! The kitchen is fully stocked and the washer and dryer are a must! It allowed us to pack light!! We will stay here from now on!! I highly recommend.
