Our stay here was for only one night, but it was great. We loved the location (would need a car or bike to get around); very quiet. The pool was great, and the staff was super helpful with everything we needed! I hope we make it back for another longer visit

Location was not the best but the hotel facilitated us with a free lift twice. The staff were lovely and the pool was amazing. There is also a brilliant Italian restaurant 2 minutes walk away. The breakfast was not included but was very nice. Would recommend for the price and service received.

Shower facilities being a bit better and soap being provided would have been nice. First time ever not receiving soap in a hotel. We never got the chance to ask the staff for some but noteworthy.

1. The swimming pool was great. 2. The bungalow was modern and mostly clean, the bed was comfortable. The window shades were very practical. 3. The table was great to work on.

1. The staff are never available in the office (which acts as reception there). When I was leaving there was no-one either, I had to leave the key in the keyhole on the door. 2. The staff there have a weird habit: every time they needed to say something to me, they shouted from behind my back: "Hellooo!". They also speak very little English, even communicating about matters pertaining to the functioning of their resort is nearly impossible. 3. After I made the payment, the employee accompanied me into the bungalow, but gave no key (said she would bring it 20 minutes later). An hour passed, but no-one came with the key. I went to the office, but there was no-one. The only employee present on site was the cook. 4. They have a 3% charge if you pay by credit card. 5. Cleaning was so-so: there was dust on the kettle and on the lightbulb.

the location is very good. the room is excelent with very good view. the restaurant is nice and clean and food is exelent there plus the coffee is also very nice. i will going there for sure next time i visit Koh Phangan

the bed shit change only every 7 days. so its will be perfect if they change at list every 3-4 days.
