The views are amazing, great breakfast and the friendliest staff we’ve had so far with great recommendations. Eloundra is beautiful and a great beach chill spot.

It’s built in different blocks so a bit tricky to get around but there are elevators and staff showed us the way so no problems. The toilet is small and has a frosted door only so might be a bit weird if you aren’t a couple?

Everything was excellent. Location perfect. Swimming pool & pool bar lovely with great music & cocktails. Roof top bar views incredible. Rooms really great, you can see two options in my video review. Breakfast absolutely delicious with so many yummy things to chose from. Most importantly about the property ALL the staff were amazing in every department. It is a truly wonderful place to stay and we hope to be back again. Really good location set back from the main road with a short crossing to the waterside. Large well appointed room with amazing view of Mirabello Bay. Decent outdoor pool with pool bar open between 10.30-18.30. Good cocktails in the pool bar area.

Attention to detail is lacking and the hotel struggles to really meet a 4 star rating. Quite a few of the staff come across as disinterested and any complaints raised are met with protestation or excuses. Hot water was off for over 12 hours on one occasion but no offer of an alternative place to shower was offered, it had to be extracted. Shower still leaking despite having been in the same room in August 2022 and advised them of the problem. Cleaners often overlook things e.g. no new towels, floors not cleaned, no replenishing of tea, coffee. sugar etc. Wifi is appallingly bad quality and drops out regularly.

Large, comfortable room. Excellent bed and pillows. Delicious, varied breakfast. Fantastic location overlooking Elounda Bay. Staff was quick to repair a broken shower door.

We needed to stay an extra day elsewhere because my husband had developed a pinched nerve. As he was driving our motorcycle, we felt it would be safest not to push our driving time. The Elounda Orama management was unwilling to cancel one night out of the four we booked. Their cancelation policy does not allow for special situations. Also, we had no hot water for the first two days.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were kind and helpful. My room was always clean and tidy for me. The reception staff were helpful with any help we needed. The pool staff were also very attentive at all times.

the room wasn’t entirely clean when we checked in; breakfast wasn’t perfect - some meals were cold and they were supposed to be served warm; spa wasn’t available at this moment; the gym was closed and looked old, had only 2 machines

the pool is even nicer than from the picture cross the street and you’re already on the promande going to the Harbour staff was just lovely and very kind the whole hotel area feels like an oasis

Fantastic location, we were at top of hotel & chooose to use the 164 steps every time to counteract the amount of great food & drink consumed during the week! Staff were brilliant 🤩
