The room the location

There was a terrible wind and our room was right in the gally which felt like we were in Chicago but it wasn't the fault of the hotel at all. We loved it and would go back anytime.

for 91 euros per night with breakfast and sea view during our 4 nights stay we experienced : -breakfast that is impossible to eat. the most soggy, bland and disgusting omelet I have ever eaten, even the mushrooms were wet and bacon was actually very cheap ham. My husband could not swallow sausage in “English” breakfast. Even coffee (and we are in Greece, where you can find good coffee everywhere)smelled of damp. We tried to eat the breakfast once, and then never ever we came back for it during our stay. Lost money -no sea view. Maybe tree view, a little bit mountain view. But there is no photo of the view form the window on the booking, so hotel deliberately put higher price on rooms with sea view when there is no sea! don’t be fool like us - don’t overpay for view you won’t have (photo included). -horrible welcoming. We came at 16:00 in the first day, there was no one at registration desk, so the waitress of the “hotel” bar showed us our rooms. She explained us only the ridiculous number of rules they had in the “hotel”. She also turned on tv and asked to read the rules on the screen everyday as a joke(see photo)…. no greeting, no explanation of where is breakfast, no small recommendations of local activities- nothing! Only rules. -lazy service. You will also not get your daily room cleaning service or your towels changed. We were living, again, in hotel, for 91 euros per night, and no one even vacuumed our floor once, and you can imagine the amount of sand after 4 days on the floor from beaches. And the towels were the same for 4 days. Total disappointment. -dirty and very very small pool that is not suited for adults - only kids can fit in. Don’t stay at this “hotel”: the photos are misleading, as well as information on the website. There is no cleaning, the Wifi constantly stops working, staff has no intentions to help you, the breakfast is disgusting and the sea view is just a joke. For this price you can get much better accommodation in Crete

Friendly staff, great pool bar. We stayed in the new building, which was excellent. Tip: set your alarm and whatch the sun rise over the mountains.

A tiny bit noisy at night

Quiet location at the end of the coastal strip in Elounda, beautiful sunrise and bay views with a short walk into town.

Watch your head on the sloping roof!

Location was perfect, at the end of the run of other properties, but easily walkable to the centre of Elounda. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was immaculate, but there was a large clump of the previous guests hair on the balcony when we arrived. Our balcony was not overlooked by any other so I don’t think it had blown in there. It looked as though the hair had been ‘mopped’ over!

The location is good if you do not care to have a nice beach nearby. Many restaurants are nearby and you can take walks on the small marina nearby in the evenings. There is also a not so nice beach at walking distance. The rooms are also great if you get to stay at the newer renovated building.

I stayed for a week and no cleaning service was provided until day 5 and it was only to change linens and trash and not to actually clean the room. Luck of cleaning service was the hotel's main flaw. They could at least provide trash bags and a mop if they do not intend to clean for 5 full days.
