Location was fantastic. Minutes to downtown main square. Supermarket and laundrymat close by. Was slightly hard to find but our taxi driver took us to the door..is down a small side street

The 2 things we could have used was a kettle and a toaster. Besides that it had all we needed.

Noisy, as apartment in ground floor and window without double glazing. People could be heatd all through the night outside as well as in the upper floors Only a set of towels each for four nights and no kitchen towels For the price we paid we expected hetter

Location is very good, very centric and close to main city areas

Furniture was old, specially the sofa bed downstair. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, kitchen equipment was not great, we couldn’t cook us some breakfast because there was no pan to make eggs.

The company rents out more than one apartment online and puts pics of all places, not differentiating. So you dont know exactly what you are getting. The pics are strategically taken to make it look more spacious and nicer than it is. We rented the '3 bed + sofa bed in living room.' Note: there is NO living room. The 'sofa bed' is placed in the front entry way. It also was not a sofa. The 'kitchen' is placed right off the entry hallway in a pass through to the next hallway. There is only one actual bedroom. The 3rd double bed is in what was probably the living room and adjacent and visible to the dining room. We couldnt find the 4th bed. We opened what we thought was a closet - and found the 4th bed. The bathrooms were a good size and the showers worked. The apartment felt grimy not fresh, same with the bedsheets. Stains on the ones in the bedroom. We looked for cleaning supplies and there was a mess of products shoved into a closet. But no laundry soap. Air conditioning was ineffective in main space as its too big. Better in the bedroom. No complimentary coffee or tea or coffee maker. After booking the apt, the company communicated well and was responsive up to a month before our stay. Then they stopped communicating/stopped responding to my texts through booking.com. A couple days before our stay I directly texted the number they gave to confirm our stay - no response. Then the morning before our stay I got a text on WA confirming our arrival for that day - wrong date. It is a self check in - no one greets you. So they want u to send them pics of your passports - in no way secure! When we arrived, there was another family trying to get in using phone # provided to unlock front door. - It did not work for either of us. I phoned company and they had to buzz us in. In summary, description was not accurate re bed lay out, apartment felt dirty and unkempt, owners were disorganized and poor communicators.

Very good location centrally

It is a beautiful italian apartment, in a great neighbourhood, very close to the city center.

I t would be great if the house had reading lamps.

The Location. The space and small garden. Hot water /shower. Adequate facilities . The host was excellent and I felt if I had any problems I would be listened to and they would be resolved . Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus so took my own pods.

Noise from apartment above. -beautiful wooden ceiling but was also a solid floor to above? So back and forwards foot noise. (Though only one night ) would prefer duvet rather than sheets and throw on bed. Bottom of the freezer compartment was very dirty but I shut the door and didn’t look again, overall apartment and linens were clean. Could of done with a couple of tea towels and a kettle but not really a problem to be without and Im sure the host would of supplied if I had asked. I didn’t like the spa bath and dining table in the room . When I was booking it put me off as it looked weird and cramped so didn’t book as a first choice . I moved the chairs to the kitchen table which worked better as was able to make use the kitchen more (before was a table but no chairs ) To make this apartment better I think the spa bath should go, it adds nothing . I didn’t use it because it was just so wrong within a large room. Very exposed and odd. The adjacent dinning table was not needed as there was a table in the kitchen. It should also go as very wrong aesthetically next to the bath. I think another chair or small sofa and a coffee table would work brilliantly in its place as there is enough space to have a relaxing corner to sit and work if needed. But happy to put up with quirkiness of the apartment for future bookings ( as I would return) because it was overall good value and if these imperfections were resolved it’s would probably then be more than my budget.

the bathroom had disgusting black mold in the shower. $100 per night including cleaning fee this is unacceptable. With this condition it should have been max $50 per night.

Good location, close to the city centre, quiet

No service at all. The emergency number is not available, the person there does not speak English. The apartement was not properly cleaned at arrival. We contacted the emergency number, the reception number several times until we got a reply. Our issues were disregarded. Only after calling and reminding them about several times the next day we received basic equipment that did not cover any necessities. The owner was very unfriendly and even insulting. Can not recommend. No response or reaction from booking either.

The flat is in a perfect location and has a nice little kitchen, enough to make small meals for two people. Communication with the owners was easy. All in all a nice, cute little two room flat that I would recommend.

Unfortunately the insulation from the window was such that noise very easily filtered in. As it is a busy location it often felt like other people were inside and so noises could be a bother. The place is also dark, but this is no issue for a holiday flat.

Location kicks arse. Spacious place. The staff are very helpful and kind, they put a cot up for our baby. The dog was allowed in too. The garden looks absolutely amazing, so cozy! But unfortunately we had the flat that only looks onto the garden but doesn't have access.

There was a strange smell from cleaning liquids, the kitchen is badly equal - the kettle had no lid for example and the washing machine didn't work-, only one key between four of us, the sofa in the entrance is hard as rock.
