My family and I stayed here for three days in Bangkok. The location is good for night markets and getting around the city. It has two big beds to sleep four and someone can even sleep on the couch if need be. Jean-Pierre picked us up from the airport and even after the extra two hours due to our flight delay. Very nice of him to do so and he is a really nice guy and explained the check-in check-out process. I would recommend this condo to friends and family, and would book again when in Bangkok. Thank you !

La proximité du Chao prayo la tranquillité du quartier qu’il ne faut pas hésiter à explorer : les gens sont vraiment charmants. Food street excellents et peu de touriste.

Das Appartement und die Anlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, da man vom Fluß aus alles gut erreichen kann. Alles war sehr problemlos.

Merci à Mr Kraemer de mettre ce superbe appartement à disposition des voyageurs comme nous. La résidence est superbe, calme avec 3 piscines exceptionnelles dans lesquelles vous pourrez vous détendre quasiment seul !!!! Et toutes les salles annexes (ping pong, billard, sauna et hamam). Il y a un service de navettes qui vous amènent à la station de bateau et de métro de Saphan Taksim d'où vous pourrez vous rendre dans toutes les parties de la ville. L'appartement situé au 17 eme étage offre une très belle vue sur le fleuve, il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et l'on s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Jean-Pierre pour son accueil, ses conseils et la journée passée en sa compagnie pour aller à Kanchanaburi. Merci également à Mme Kindynis pour tout ce qui concerne les conseils et les relations sur l'appartement. Lors d'un prochain sejour nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez Mr Kraemer que ce doit à Bangkok ou ailleurs !!!! (Samui ? 😜) Vraiment un grand merci de la part de toute notre famille Christophe et Florence

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour 2 nuits. Un vrai bonheur ! Le confort, le service, la décoration, l'emplacement, la vue, tout est parfait. Jean Pierre est d'une gentillesse sans égal. Nous n'avons vraiment aucun point négatif à donner. Ce qui est certain, c'est que si nous avons à repasser par Bangkok un jour, vous essayerons de retourner à cet appartement. Merci également à Anne avec qui nous avons eu les échanges par mail pour la réservation pour sa gentillesse et sa compréhension.

Nach dem uns der sehr freundliche Bruder des Besitzers vom Flughafen abgeholt hatte,folgte eine kurze Einweisung in der Wohnung. Uns erwartete eine topsaubere , große Wohnung mit 2 SZ mit herrlichen Matrazen,2 schön ausgestattete Badezimmer,ein helles großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Balkon und wirklich einem Wahnsinns Ausblick und einer voll ausgerüsteten Küche.Alles picobello.Sehr romantisch abends weil direkt gegenüber dem Asiatique und am Fluß mit seinen schön geschmückten Ausflugsdampfern.Wir haben die Ruhe des Apartments sehr zu schätzen gewusst,ebenso den täglichen Shuttleservice mit dem Boot zur S-Bahn.Wir bedanken uns für den überaus freundlichen Service des Bruders und für die unvergessliche Zeit in diesem herrlichen Appartment.Wir kommen sicher wieder. The apartment was excellent for our family vacation in Bangkok! With our four kids, my spouse and I had an excellent time at this apartment. From the time of booking online with Anne and getting the logistics done to getting transportation and great suggestions for day excursions our stay was a pleasure. Mr. Jean-Pierre was excellent!!! he was very kind, attentive, and caring, he was always ready to help. We were able to do some great sightseeing with Jean-Pierre and it really helped that he knows the language and places to go, even with four little kids tagging along. The apartment is as described, the view, the pool, and the boat ride were all excellent and we enjoyed them in our first time visit to Bangkok. There were close by restaurant and a great noodle stall just steps from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jean-Pierre!!!

What a beautiful appartment to stay in - great size for 4 people, well appointed and very clean. Loved the pools, gym and table tennis which we used everyday! Easy check in and out with lots of info given to us at the time. The location of the appartment was also great - being slightly south of the main inner city, one felt out of the the hussle and bustle so easier to relax after busy days of touring. Loved the shuttle boat to both the skyrail and river boats - these were all easy to use and easily got you to everywhere you wanted to go. In the evenings we chose to come home by taxi which was also inexpensive given proximity to city centre. Would have been nice if the complimentary boat went straight over the river to night markets perhaps once or twice in the evening - but that certainly did not stop us from going there. We would definately come back to this appartment and certainly recommend it to friends. We are a family of 4 with 2 young teenagers. Stephanie Robotham from USA

As for the apartment itself, no complaints at all! Clean, roomy well equipped and comfortable. I wish they had internet in the room, but you can get it by the pool or just down the driveway at a little coffee shop. I bought AIS and TruView Modem dongles to use in the room, as it was a working holiday. Dont waste you money on modems! AIS totally bad signal, and Truview was slow and unreliable. Anyway, back to the apt - WONDERFUL!! Quiet area of town. Big Bonus - Jean Pierre ROCKS!! What a wonderful good soul! Cant say enough about him, I highly recommend using his transport services, you will be glad you did!

What a beautiful pad - we (three adults and 3 kids) had such a pleasurable stay at this house, I would totally recommend it. The swimming pools were amazing - great for children and adults, along with the use of a table tennis room and a pool table which we had all to ourselves on the weekdays made it very special indeed. We made good use of the free boat that leaves every half hour from the apartments harbour, this links you to the BTS Saphan Taksin station. We didn't eat locally so this came in handy. There is a night market opposite the apartment - but on the other side of the river which means getting a tuk-tuk or cab there (make sure the taxi puts the meter on ..should be around 40/60 Baht) The apartment itself was very impressive with a stunning view of Bangkok, really comfy beds, large flat screen televisions in every room and a spacious living, dinning, kitchen area. We didn't do any cooking here so not sure how well equiped the kitchen is. The apartment is clean and bright - we all loved it. Thanks Anne and Jean-Pierre, you were both very helpful - we would definitely stay here again.
