We loved the location, loads of room in the room and the bed was comfortable.

When we arrived we were whisked away to the executive branch to get checked in, when we got to the room we waited for 40min before getting our bags which delayed and impacted our evening. Lack of communication from the executive lounge to the actual reception. Then as we were delayed we decided to order room service off their online platform but after an hour and a half of waiting we got a call to say they never got the order. Estimated wait for room service was 30min-1hr. We got the order within 30min, some parts were cold. Not overly impressed as we had been waiting so long and just off a flight. We didn’t get any compensation which I feel was warranted after 2 hours of waiting. The executive lounge has its own breakfast, I wouldn’t bother and just go downstairs. We went to the rooftop bar for cocktails, our cocktails we ordered weren’t professionally made and lacked style and substance so we left and went back to the room after one drink.

El hotel en rasgos generales esta bien, esta limpio, habitación espaciosa, muy buena piscina y personal amable. El restaurante esta bien, el desayuno bueno normalito. Personal atento y cariñoso, cuando vienes en taxi revisan el coche por si te has dejado algo, te preguntan siempre a donde vas te ofrecen un tuc-tuc del hotel gratis hasta la estación y tienen una hora gratis de 16.00h a 17.00h de postres de chocolate todos los días como cortesía del hotel yo no he llegado a probarlo nunca pero hablaba bien de ello. Andanto a 800 m tienes un centro comercial con cambio de dinero, restaurantes y el metro. CALIDAD PRECIO MUY BUENA.

El acceso al hotel hay que callejear un poco y hay tramos sin acera con bastante trafico, pero esta céntrico y bien comunicado.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Movenpick Hotel Sukhumvit. The staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating, the bed was very comfortable and the room large enough to comfortably house 2 friends on a girls’ weekend stay in Bangkok. We loved enjoying our Aperol Spritzes in the pool, generously served in big plastic wine shaped glasses, and greatly appreciated the generous spread of deserts offered at the complementary daily “Chocolate Happy Hour”. We would definitely stay with them again.

There was honestly nothing glaringly wrong with our stay, but if I were to be super picky, I did notice a small hole in one of our room’s provided bath robes, and wished there was a bit more variety of Western cuisine offered at the breakfast buffet. Other than that, our stay was flawless.

Staff were slow

Hyvä hotelli 1-2 yön majoitukseen. Kohtuullisen matkan päässä on pilvenpiirtäjien kattoterassit ym Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu.

Lomamatkan aluksi olisi kaivannut spa palveluita. Yläterassin istuinryhmät olivat erittäin epämukavat istua.

Property became old

View to the parking. Bad light in the room. Old property with price like a new. Personal were not so close to the customer needs. Not level as international hotel. They don’t like Booking.com. I'm Gold card of All (Accor group). The hotel said no points, no advantages being Gold card because I booked through Booking.com

Check-in & check-out were smooth. Location is excellent in the heart of Sukhumvit.

Room cards have to be inserted into the lift and room door. It should be updated to scanning. Room could have been a little more up to date with a central master switch next to the bed & better polished furniture. The mini bar should be stocked and some munchies. Breakfast is good but nothing exceptional.

the hotel staff were very accomodating. the breakfast was good. the room was very comfortable and well-ventilated. location was very accessible to; very close to BTS Nana station. :)

Location soi 15 5 minute walk to Sukumvit, bonus of hotel Tuk Tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 every 20 mins or so, The stafff are super helpfull and friendly

The rooms are a bit dated, all dark wood and dark flooring could do with some updating, its a very busy hotel and sometimes extremely busy at breakfast if there’s a large tour group in . Ive stayed here a couple of times and would stay again

Friendly staff, free tuk tuk service to terminal 21, many shops close by.

The breakfast had many options but not many halal options. I think this is something the hotel needs to look into

الفندق في حارة منطقه هادية لاني جربت هوليداي ان ولا قدرت انام بوسط المعمعه موقعه. المطعم اللي فيه حلو فيه خيارات اكل هندي وعربي والعصر كان عندهم ساعه شوكلاته حاطين بوفيه حلويات وكيك للامانة مريح نفسياً والموظفين خدومين ونفسياتهم حلوه. التوك توك يوديك لمول الترمنال كل نص ساعه كان وناسة

نظافه المفارش والمناشف ماتليق في فندق خمس نجوم. الحمام انا زلقت فيه ارضيه رخام خطيرة، الفطور خيارات الاكل لنا كمسلمين قليله

More restaurants, better pricing

The entire hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and professional. A couple of special mentions were the lady bar tender at the pool and the very helpful male concierge who assisted us in arranging our journey onwards, but everyone was great. We were fortunate to have access to executive lounge which was enjoyable. The chocolate afternoon teas were very unique and generous.

We had paid for an extra person, our 16 yr old daughter but there was no extra bed provided. We managed ok because the bed was a king and we are comfortable with sharing, but had thought the additional cost would include the bed.

Är ett billigare ”lyxhotell”, nästan är känslan. Men priset och läget gör att det blir klart bra!

Beau bâtiment et chambre confortable (supérieure King size bed) Beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Le staff est attentif et très serviable.

Bien que ma réservation mentionnait une chambre supérieure king size bed, on m’a d’abord attribué une chambre avec un lit queen size. J’ai dû redescendre à la réception pour demander le changement, ce qui a été fait immédiatement. Le processus du Check in est trop long et le fait de devoir déposer 1’000 Bath en cash comme garantie pour la clé de la chambre.

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unsere Erwartung. Eine Hotelkette die ihre eigene Konfitüre herstellt und diese nicht anbietet ist traurig. Zu wenig Aufschnitt. Das Buffet war im ganzen nicht ansprechend und wurde teilweise nur schleppend bzw. nur nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt
