The property was perfect for our 8 friends for our golf weekend. The house was clean and check-in was super easy. Great location.

Property is clean with comfortable beds. convenient to all leisure activities most of all the beach. Ideal home for large families, will refer to others and will return. The host was nice.

We had the most fun on the balconies and grilling area! Clean and well kept. We didn’t stay inside much but we sure slept well! Thanks for a wonderful weekend

Our girl scout troop highly recommends Just Beachy as a place to stay. We rented all 3 bungalows of the house and it was amazing. The walk to the boardwalk, beach, and boardwalk trolley was just a couple mins walk. The porch was very comfortable to sit on a people watch after a long day on the beach. We have 22 people stay with us and there was enough beds for everyone to get a bed. 10 of our girls had never seen the ocean and Ocean City and Assategae Island Beach was an amazing experience for them. Thank you Julie for an amazing house for us to stay at.

Plenty of room for our golf group. Plenty of space, good location and nice and clean. We would stay there again.

This property is located between the bay and the ocean on 15th street. Being close to the boardwalk was excellent for both the young and older members of our group. The house is big and can accommodate a large group. We had 15 people who were pleased with their rooms. The top floor is lacking a bathroom so you actually have to go down the stairs and outside the house to get to the lower floors bathroom. This was no an issue and the younger people in our group liked their private space. Overall the house was really nice and the location was terrific.

This house was great for hosting 16 people. Everyone was able to have their own bed. The house itself is also pretty distanced from other houses in the area and we didn’t have to worry about being as loud. Would recommend for large groups! Also had an easy check-in and check-out process.

We did a cousins trip to OC and Julie’s place was the perfect size and location for our big group. Julie was very accommodating and was always available any time I reached out to her. The location was perfect for the beach and boardwalk. I would recommend her place.

The house was perfect for our large group. I didn't realize how separated it would be, but it wound up working out well that the teens could hang separately from adults. It was easy to get to the beach, boardwalk, and bus stop was close by. Thank you for having us!

Everything went well with the only exception of check in and communication with the owner being a bit delayed. We had a great time.

Just finished our 4-day stay...family of 12, including adults and kids. Conveniently located near the beach, boardwalk, mini-golf, restaurants, etc. Having off-street parking was a big plus! Enough to accomodate 4 cars. Just a few minor suggestions...I do wish there were instructions for wifi and the building code in VRBO beforehand, and it would've been nice to have some sort of booklet that outlined where things were like laundry, etc...but that was minor and the host was responsive and easily accessible by text. We had a blast and would definitely come again!

The house is spacious, clean, and right off the beach/boardwalk. Everything was easy, we had a blast!

Had a good time with friends and family. The only downside was no heat on the first floor but Julie gave us heaters so that helped a bit.

My overall impression of this property was very good. The location to the boardwalk and the beach was fantastic. Just 2 1/2 short blocks and you were there. This has been our BEST location yet. My family and friends used both Unit #2 and Unit #3 during our stay. A few drawbacks to the third floor was that there was no bathroom. When our kids got up in the middle of the night, they had to come down to the second floor. At least a toilet and sink would be nice on the third floor. Also there were no mirrors in the bedrooms which made it difficult for teenage girls and one momma to get ready. We bought our own mirrors at Wal-Mart to use during our stay. We would definitely stay at Julie's Just Beachy house again. Thank you for a fabulous vacation. Wish we were there. :) Karen

Vary happy with this property! A lot of room for 20 family members everyone enjoyed there week. Thank you Julie for having such a nice place for my entire family to be able to spend a week together.

It was very pleasant and easy process

My family stayed at Just Beachy for one week over the summer and it was wonderful! Such a cool space, easy walk to the beach, and great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The home was spacious and inviting. It was also set up well for a few different families. The owner was very easy to work with in booking the property, and incredibly responsive when we were in town. This is the best place we have stayed in OC and we can't wait to go back next summer!!

Kitchen appliances needed updating, other than that the house was very nice and roomy

We had big family vacation at Ocean City. This house easily accommodate 15 of us. It has 4 bathrooms which is great after swim in ocean, everyone can shower quickly. Love the location too. It one block to the broad walk. No more drive to the beach and find parking. Also, the owner is very nice, easily reachable, and quick to answer all our question. We had a great time, and will sure be back if we vacation there again.

My family decided to take a trip to Ocean City Maryland on the last week of June. We had 20 people (a big group) and we rented the entire house from Julie. Julie was great, any questions /concerns I had before and during the trip were answered promptly! The house it self is huge with so many bedrooms and two kitchens, which is great to have with so many guests. The backyard is huge which was nice. The house is about a block and a half from the boardwalk/beach, which is super convinenit. There are also a number of restaurants near the house as well. We went to a poolbar on first street on the days we didn't want to do the beach, which isn't a far walk on the boardwalk. The street the house is on was pretty quiet, especially at night which was great. Parking is very easy to find on the street right near the house and you can park a few cars in the backyard to enclose the backyard for some privacy. The house itself was very clean when we arrived, which is most important to me. We will be back to rent this house for sure. It was a great trip!

The property was extremely clean and is the perfect gateaway beach home. Every corner from top to bottom reminded me why I love being at the beach. The smell of the ocean, the decorative sea shells and the well placed furnishings. My family had a spectacular time and enjoyed it more so because the beach/board walk was about block away. There are restaurants and other stores conveniently located around the corner. The owners were easy to reach if we had any questions and concerns and helped us to settle in during our stay.
