The host team was very responsive and helpful. The place was easily found and located by drivers. The shops at the ground floor were great for bubble teas, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a small mart for basic necessities and snacks. We love that the rooms have orange floor/desk lamps that can be used as a night light. And, the availability of fans or aircon, for preference. The LG water filter was awesome too!

Perhaps can consider having a scissor for the kitchen, door stopper for the main door and have more toilet papers + trash bags and checking on batteries for the living room's TV remote control and aircon control which are running flat. Wish that there is another lower knot to hang the shower head as the current two knots are located around 1.8m high.

room is nice and comfy. the ALV team is really helpfull and gave clear information prior to check-in and during the stay. had a really pleasant stay, will surely recommend this to other people

Het zwembad was fijn. Het water was erg aangenaam. Het was fijn dat er in alle kamers Airco was en een ventilator. Verder genoeg borden en bestek en een water zuivering apparaat. Het gebouw/straatje waar het appartement zich bevindt is nog volop in bloei. Je had een aantal eettentjes beneden.

Bij het zwembad waren geen ligbedjes. Er staan twee bankjes waar je al je spullen op moet neerzetten. Het appartement oogt veel mooier op de foto’s dan in werkelijkheid en is aan onderhoud nodig. De muren zijn beschadigd en de badkamer zijn vol roest en kalk/schimmel vlekken. De voegen zijn geel. De bedden (matrassen) zijn allemaal super hard. De kussens weer zacht of hard. Ik had echt het idee dat ik een aantal dagen op steen sliep. Elke dag wakker worden met rug/nek pijn op je vakantie is geen pretje. Als ik dit eerder had geweten had ik dit appartement niet geboekt. Er is zoveel meer voor een betere prijs.

The location is decent enough, a grab or a 30min walk to the center of the Town away. It was clean, the rooms had good AC and fans, a lot of towels for four people (shower, pool) so that we did not need to use our own. Great storage, all the amenities - we used the washing machine and it worked. I would stay here again, it was cosy and you had restaurants, food markets and everything just around the corner.

Location is good. Despite many failures of the property, the staff were extremely responsive.

I will preface this by saying the day to day staff were excellent and quickly responded to our many issues which was appreciated. However…. The properties are pretty run down and the pictures do not represent the true state of the properties. They are in general very grimy, with dirty bathrooms including mouldy ceilings in one of the bathrooms. In our first property, there were electrical issues with the electricity/AC cutting off at night. An electrician was swiftly sent over the following morning. Some lights wiring was burnt and the problem was allegedly fixed, but the same happened the following night. In the end, we were offered a refund for the two nights and moved to another property. At the new property, just as my 18 month old baby was running around, we noticed that nearly all the windows were broken. The locks of the windows, that could be opened at waist height of my baby were all broken. They could just be pushed open. The property was on the 16th floor and I cannot even imagine what could have happened if my baby had of pushed/climbed the windows! Staff were responsive and sent someone over at 21.30 at night. However, the windows were beyond repair and some tape was applied to keep them closed for the night!! This was the final straw for us and we requested a full refund and we would leave the property the following day. Again, the staff were quick and responsive and approved the full refund. We were never so happy to have left a rental property, ever! Beyond the health and safety issues at these properties, they are no where near a 4 star rating and I am very surprised to see such high ratings. While the day to day staff are excellent, I do question how much the actual owner of this large holiday rental business invests into their properties. They need to take some responsibility for the ailing of their service. The properties are also over priced.

i like the most about this suites is the ambience, the space and the kelengkapan was all great. the lift waiting is bearable.

the katil are somehow sedikit keras, ive read some of the review and i can relate. it’s not the typical hotel type or any room you booked. second, there were too many warning or precaution if we broke something, i feel like being monitored with all things i used. such as if theres any burn mark on iron board, there is additional charge. it’s a bit unnecessary for me. the pool rules is so strict.

Ambience is vibrant. Kitchen comes with an LG water dispenser which makes it very convenient for my baby and i was given a baby crib as host knew I have a baby with me. Thoughtful!
