I absolutely loved the location. The internet connection was good as well.

The apartment is very well located, but the service is far from ok. The fact that u have to collect the keys from another location is inconvenient as hell. I booked the apartment for 7 nights for 2 persons and they left me 2 medium size bath towels and 2 face towels. They never came to clean, change the bed or replace the towels, until I asked over and over again. Finally, they came to change the bed and change towels, but still they didn't do any cleaning for the whole week. They were asking for 60 extra euros for the cleaning. Also, when I booked I was under the impression that acess to the rooftop of the apartment was available to the tenants, but no, that's not the case.

the communication lines of altido are bad. the toilet seat was broken, the main living room lamp was broken, there was no bedding for the 3rd person,thus i immediately phoned the socalled local number given on the welcome card - and spoke to someone working in bulgaria! he said francisco would be there in 30 mins ofcourse francisco did not come ... the next morning i spoke to a person in reception for the whole building and he contacted francisco who came several hours later with bedding. the apartment was dusty, the doorways sticky especially the fridge. the balcony was very dirty. the detail of the flat said good view of town - landmark view - if we leaned out of the very small balcony we could see the sea ...... poor value for money and certainly no consideration for more than 2 persons. noisy main road.

It was cozy and comfortable the style is very modern and the view from balcony is nice, great location as it was on the center of city.

The location was excellent

The toilet seat was broken and although I reported it , was fobbed off . It was apparent the builder had never attached it in the first place!!! No towel rail , hooks shelf or anywhere to put clothes in the bathroom. The second bedroom was a mezzanine with a cheap uncomfortable bed and no space for bedside table lamp or additional bedroom furniture. The Stairs to this bedroom and terrace was dangerously shallow and too steep. An Extension cable stretched across the lounge room only covered by a rug. The Kitchenette was so tiny the microwave sat on the draining board or the cooker hob with kettle and toaster on top. As there was No AL license sign on exterior of 5d or a complaints book ‘ Livro do reclamoes’ I suspect does not comply to rental license conditions
