centrally located in Uyuni. small kitchen in the apartment. We were able to check in early when arriving with bus in the morning. Heater in the room.

breakfast was nice and brought up to our room with was great

there was no one to check us in upon arrival. the cleaning lady tried to figure things out and showed us to a random room which turned out to be with 2 single beds (its 4 for us right!). after explaining to her that we’ve paid for a 2 bedroom apartment she took is to one. the flat itself - outdated, not very clean at all, there were long black hairs all the pillows and bedsheets and it looks as if the sheets hadn’t been changed from previous guests. it was freezing cold, one small radiator in the flat with was broken and didn’t work! after having a look around we realised we didn’t have towels and the roll of toilet paper was nearly finished so we asked the cleaning lady for those and she was not happy ok! she had a face on and tried to convince us there are towels in the flat. after showing her there weren’t any towels she went huffing and puffing to being us some , she came back with ONE tower for 4 people! we asked for at least another one, and here was the huffing and puffing again, mumbling something under nose, clearly angry that she had to give us another tower. we finally checked in on our way out/check out, another super unfriendly lady showed up just to show is on a calculator how much money she wanted.

They don't give me a towel or soap if I don't ask for it. They bring breakfast to my room at 8:00 in the morning even though I haven't requested it. Of course I am still sleeping! There is nothing good about this hotel except for the spacious rooms.

Nice apartment. Some of the staff were smiling and very helpful.

Some of the staff were almost hostile. Shower needed fixing before the hot water worked. Few kitchen utensils. They don’t really have a laundry service.

The space was large, breakfast was brought to the room. Very close to the tour operators and ATM machine.

It was quite loud outside until late at night due to the street market, and again early in the morning. The two bottom floors were cool while the top floor was very warm due to skylights in the roof, so if you like it warmer or colder, ask to stay on a particular floor. We found the top floor too warm in December.

The host was very welcoming, breakfast was served on the room because the dinning room was closed, so we got spoiled with a delicious served breakfast to our rooms. The heaters saved the cold nights. hot showers and clean bathrooms. A few steps from the bus terminal.

Located in town centre so short distance to shops and restorans.

Dusty rooms. Bedsheets from polyester so uncomfortable to sleep and also you get sparks all night even if you sleep in shorts and t-shirt.

The location is good, in the middle of the town.

They really tried to cheat us. We had a booking of an apartment with two bedrooms because we like to have some space. When we arrived to the hotel the lady at the reception first showed us an apartment with only one bedroom and without any windows. We didn’t accept that. Then she showed us at the second floor a two bedroom apartment with a window. It was like we have booked. But suddently she closed the door of the other bedroom and told us that we are not allowed to use it. We had paid for an apartment with two bedrooms but we could use only one bedroom??? No sence at all. And be aware; most of the things that are listed at the booking.com website do not exist. The hotel is worn-out and dirty and it is not at al worth of 3 stars standard.
