Boa localização. Bom café da manhã. Restaurante excelente. Funcionários atenciosos. O quarto é banheiro são imensos. Acredito que se levar uma bola dá para jogar futebol. Recomendo fortemente

La amabilidad del personal que te hace sentir como en casa, especialmente la Sra Melina a quien le agradezco la mantita, el mate, el solicitar un taxi para mi familia y preocuparse por que nos sintamos siempre bien.

前台沟通有问题。本来他们在bookings.com回复说大堂有洗澡的地方，结果没有。我第二天早上本来跟前台说要6:30吃早餐，结果他们没安排。

L’établissement est bien situé à quelques rues du centre ville d’Uyuni avec toutes ses commodités et sa gare routière , tout en restant au calme . L’hôtel est joliment décoré , les chambres sont spacieuses , personnellement j’avais pris une chambres pour quatre , elle était immense avec une superbe salle de bains , de l’eau bien chaude , très agréable après avoir voyage dans le Sud Lipez .
Je tiens également à féliciter le personnel et notamment les deux dames de la réception pour leur accueil , leur gentillesse , en effet j’ai eu un problème avec mon taxi qui devait m’amener très tôt le matin à la gare routière et qui n’arrivait pas , elles l’ont de suit appelé et m’ont trouvé une autre solution de secours très rapidement , encore un grand merci pour disponibilité et leur efficacité .

Divino hotel ubicado lejos del ruido a tan solo tres cuadras del centro de la ciudad donde estan todos los comercios.
Atención excelente, las habitaciones super espaciosas y muy lindas decordas.
Destacar el desayuno, muy bueno!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Betten hervorragend findet man auch in Europa nicht immer in dieser Qualität.
Handlauf im Treppenhaus fehlt. Defekte Lampen wurden während des Aufenthaltes nicht ausgetauscht.

All staff were friendly and very nice, the room was very spacious and always warm. And breakfast buffet was great as well. Eggs were freshly cooked for each customer, and I had some choice of breads, pancakes, cheese, ham and so on…
On the day of check out, they started breakfast 1hour earlier for us and called a taxi going to airport.

staff was super nice, check in and out was flawless. they are so attentive and sweet and I can’t eat gluten and when we got there it was late and this amazing lady (forget her name oops, maybe Ana?) waited and boiled water for me and it was so awesome. we rented a car and drove all the way from La Paz to Uyuni and she helped us park in their safe secure area.
everything was clean and nice and super comfortable. we loved it there and definitely would stay again and recommend!!! ❤️❤️❤️

In a godforsaken town like Uyuni, where there are only dirt roads and hardly any decent hotel, Cristales de Sal is like a pearl in desert. I stayed there one night after visiting the Salar de Uyuni. Clean, spacious room, good shower, good breakfast, couldn't expect for more.

The obły thing i liked about this place was the person at the reception who was kind enough to help me with a taxi.
Rooms very old and smelly. The restaurant was horrible! The staff did not care. It took them close to 2 hours to get my food. When it arrived, it was so salty and bad. I woke up with a stomach pain.

Good hotel in central location. It is one of the few hotrls that peovides radiators and heaters for the room as it can quite cold in Uyuni. Good shower, hot water. Very caring and friendly staff.
Bed was quite gard for our taste.

The staff is extremely nice and accommodating, it seems that the hotel is family run and they are just lovely. Room was clean and spacious and equipped with a fan and a heater. Very good water pressure and properly hot shower. They kindly let me cook some rice in their kitchen as I have celiac's disease and couldn't eat at any restaurants in Uyuni, and specially prepared some food for my breakfast. Although I couldn't try most of it, the breakfast buffet looked very nice as well with quite a decent variety, better than most of what I've seen in South America!

People at the desk were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was super, they prepared the eggs as you ordered them and there were plenty of pastries and fruits. Price-value relationship was perfect! Would recommend it without doubts.
Even though it was not our case, I would imagine that in a cold winter (june-july, I guess), the heater will not be enough.

Room was clean and spacious. Reception was friendly and courteous.
I expected more of a 4-star hotel. We stayed on the second floor but there's no lift. It was quite an effort to get our suitcases up (there was no concierge). There was also no water for us to drink or boil, nor a fridge or a safe. We told the hotel not to clean our room (we stayed two nights) but they came in anyway.

I liked this hotel, which is very espacio y cómodo
I sent my clients to Uyuni without I. I didn’t know that this hotel asked my clients to pay comisión to pay with their credit card (5%). When I went here they didn’t asked me to pay comisión.. why? other hotel en Uyuni don’t ask any comisión..
if this hotel keep asking comisión to my clientes I won’t book any more.

The staff were amazingly helpful. I had to change my travel plans due to illness and they were always in communication with me and very flexible. They also arranged a great 2 day tour.
