We stayed at 'Bye the Way' for our 20th Anniversary on 14th September 2024 . although we had directions and instructions, Lynne the owner , met us on arrival and was lovely. Access was easy. The property was more than we could have imagined. it was truly beautiful and quirky . lovely fresh smell and so clean. Every single thing has been thought of. The Bed was amazingly comfy. Lots of lovely provisions, for a continental breakfast the next day, fresh milk and juice etc., in the fridge. lovely fluffy towels. lots of kitchen items and pretty crockery. the living room was exceptionally comfortable. If you needed the owners it wouldn't have been a issue as very friendly, but otherwise they leave you to your privacy. It was a very special time and a very special place. thank you so much from Ann and Mike. We are already planning our return :-)
The only thing i would change is the sensor light which came on endless times, outside the bedroom. as with all things LED... it was so bright and , perhaps not necessary . it would be so much better if the owners were able to make a change in that area. 100% for everything else

Loved the attention to detail to ensure that our stay was comfortable and relaxed…decorated in a contemporary way and with some clever and thoughtful choices. Breakfast was delicious!
The issue mentioned by other guests with regards to exiting/entering the property from the road really wasn’t an issue and was clearly explained in pre-stay communications.
The bed was so comfortable

Lovely property in a great position for exploring Malvern and surrounding areas
Breakfast was amazing with everything you could wish for.
Sadly the owners have decided not to accept dogs which was wonderful so I won’t be returning.

it is a lovely property. Lynne made sure that the fridge was stocked and so was the breakfast hamper. shame we were there only for a night. would definitely stay again.
in absence of anything seriously negative to write, I would say proving towels would be a good idea.

Our stay was quiet and cozy- so comfortable! We felt like we could truly rest. The house is stylish and exceeded our expectations.

So clean, so comfortable and great location. we loved everything. A compact and convenient apartment. a 20 min walk to the town centre

Lynne the hostess had thought of so much, all these little extras that help when away from home. The accommodation was lovely well furnished, spotlessly clean and just the right size for a couple. The continental breakfast selection was vast with loads to choose from whatever your preference. The place was dog friendly and it was quiet even though on a main road. I would recommend to others and go back.
No supply of towels was a little strange. We travel a lot with work and book lots of different accommodation and they all provide towels.. underfloor heating in barhroom wasnt working and the floor was freezing. The Netflix wouldnt stsy on it just kept going back to the main TV, we gave up, not a big problem just a little annoying. Parking is on the road whenever you can find a space not necessarily close to the property. It might be useful to explain the property location a little better for those travelling at night. If by saying it is the house where the road splits might help as numbers are difficult to see and the main road was quite busy.

Basic breakfast provided. The decor was nice.
Near to a main road. Traffic woke me up. Smelt of animals. Wood louse were everywhere even in the shower. Lack of privacy with people walking by seeing straight into windows and neighbours opposite could see in. Lighting was poor.

An amazing place to stay. Beautiful decor, excellent facilities, great location. A lovely breakfast was left for us with everything we could possibly want. Bed was very comfy and overall it was a perfect place to stay. Would highly recommend this place to stay if you are in this area!

Beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious lounge and bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely garden and views from the lounge. Great location just a short walk from the paths onto the Malvern Hills. Helpful directions and staff.
This was my own fault for not reading it properly but the property has a kitchenette not a full kitchen. There is no hob or oven which I think could be squeezed in and might temp me to book longer stays in future.

It was so lovely, we stayed in the apartment all evening instead of going out.

Great style 👌 Bed was sooooo comfy and the location was brilliant. Overall one of our favorite stays this year.
Our host was always on hand, so helpful & friendly. A great enclosed garden which our puppy could run around in safely......
