Worked fine for party of 10, comfortable and well presented

We loved everything about this house, we would love to be back in the future!! The host kept in contact if we had questions even in late hours of night. It literally had everything you needed for your stay! The back porch was my absolute favorite spot to be! The only think I could recommend is maybe some tiki torches to keep the mosquitoes away!

This is a great property for a friends and family vacation. It’s a short stroll to the beach and food and the neighborhood is quite.

We stayed for just about a week wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to do and so close to this property. Great back yard for eating a hone cooked meal!! We will be staying here again!!

We booked this place for a graduation get together for my wife’s graduation and our family and friends to join us. The place was clean and the amenities listed did not disappoint. A bonus was all of the beach toys for the kids to play with at the beach. Will stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Amazing place and owners

From the moment we booked this property the communication was exceptional! We rented both duplexes for our family and was not disappointed! We loved the fact that beach chairs, boogie boards, beach wagon and bikes were provided! Also as requested we had a baby package available for my grandson upon arrival. This place is great for families especially having both duplexes. Plus to top off a great vacation we were able to check in early and check out later than time indicated. All in all this place provided many memories for our family! Thank you for your kindness and exceptional communication!!

Because the teens and younger wanted privacy to play games, they could decamp to the other side A, while the adults could enjoy memories and talking and laughing on side B.

The host was a great communicator and provided so much great information both about the property and the surrounding area. There were some thoughtful touches such as a chest in the master bedroom that was the perfect height for my suitcase to rest. We did use the bikes one day, and the beach chairs saved us from having to bring our own. We played Scattergories one night too. Loved not having to keep up with a key since the door locks have an entry code. The location is perfect- we were able to walk to places to eat, and also to the beach. It was a very short drive over to St. Augustine as well.

It was the perfect location for 2 families to meet for a vacation. We had our own privacy in the homes and a beautiful shared backyard. Minutes from the beach and delicious food. We will be back!!

Great!

This was a great property to get our 4 families together to celebrate our mother’s 40th! The host went out of her way to make it special. She was also very easy to communicate with. The outdoor area was a bonus and great spot for us to all gather. Thank you for the memories!

Stayed at the Salty Pineapple for a friends golf trip. Place was great. Had 7 guys so rented both sides. Short walk to the beach and Restaurants. Shaiffu was a great host. Highly recommend!

What a unique, comfy, and convenient house! 2 identical, 2 bedroom homes, separated by a wall. A comfortable master bedroom upstairs, as is the bunk bedroom, which sleeps 5. Our grandkids loved being able to all sleep in the same room, without "adults" having to interfere!

We had a wonderful time at the Salty Pineapple! We rented both sides for a big family trip and also had local family coming and going during the day. The place is even bigger and better equipped than the pictures show! The backyard in particular was a super big and welcoming space for our group. It’s truly a very short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Going into downtown St Augustine is a very short drive as well. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from beach gear to kitchen items to extra beds. The owner is also super available and responsive to all questions and requests. There was a ton of helpful info provided about the house and the area, as well as very clear and easy instructions for everything at the house. We had a wonderful time and couldn’t recommend it more.

We had a great long weekend with our friends and their families. Loved the proximity to the beach and downtown St. Augustine. Thank you so much!

The back yard is everything! We spent all of our time together in the back, eating meals, playing games and enjoying our time together celebrating my parents birthday. Location is close enough to the beach and restaurants and downtown st augustine. Having both sides of the duplex was perfect for our family and the communication with the owners deserves 10 stars! The bunk bed rooms are adorable and loved that they had a cute pack and play, diaper pale and baby gate for our youngest. Some of the interior is a little run down. But that's to be expected from a busy rental. Overall our experience was wonderful!

Even before I booked the communication was Off the charts! All my questions were answered immediately. That didn’t stop once I booked and arrived to the Salty Pineapple. All questions and concerns were answered quickly, and in a pleasant manner. My family felt at home here . Everything we needed was available to us, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, games, all kitchen appliances and more! The decor was beach theme and had many thoughtful touches! Loved the deck in the back , so much space to sit under the huge trees and talk. The front porch was great for early morning coffee! There is plenty of beds , the bunk beds and loft beds were a biG hit with the kids! Plenty of parking space for all 14 of us. We walked about 5-8mins to get to the beach and it did not disappoint! The only thing I would recommend to the property manager is to do a deep cleaning on the screens and windows , and touch up the paint inside a bit. Very minor things that will refresh and brighten up the cottage a bit. Other than that I have nothing great memories from my stay! If you stay here don’t forget to sign the guest book . I loved reading what previous guests wrote down!

Perfect for large groups!! Love the deck out back and how close it is to beach and great places to eat. The owners were easy to work with and always responded extremely quickly! Highly recommend.

We hosted family reunion for 5 grown children et al. Great property for large group. Backyard gave us easy access for group gatherings. Kids could safely run back and forth. All amenities for fun beach vacation.

Wonderful time with family in both A and B units of salty pineapple. Would recommend for anyone looking to get away and still be close to beach and downtown St. Augustine. The communication with owners was outstanding and they were kind enough to send us something we left behind. Would go back!
