Desperate need of room renovation. NOT as advertised. Pool was nice but very heavily used by children and not cleaned daily.

Great condo for a small family. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we need. Place is clean. Our girls enjoyed the pool. It’s too bad that this hotel has no restaurant or bar.
Sofa bed is uncomfortable and the family next door from us were smoking in their balcony. So, we couldn’t leave our sliding door open. Parking is underground which is convenient.

The location is great, minus the busy Highway 1 sounds, but that can be easily overlooked by the amazing view these rooms have! We spent every morning watching the waves and ocean. Christmas Day we saw a pod of dolphins int he distance.
The property was very easy to work with, the texted us and they took care of whatever we needed by text.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We did not have any complaints about my visit. We would definitely book here again!

Property was under construction and renovation. The 1 bedroom was clean and well taken care of. The staff was warm and accommodating.

After paying full upfront fees, it was very annoying to have to pay daily resort fees at this property. This should be part of the website description.

Thanks for providing a place for my family to enjoy a last little getaway before the chaos of the school year begins… as teachers, my husband and I get to enjoy these times with out family and are so grateful!

Really is a lovely place but not having a working elevator is a problem. Lugging suitcases, laundry, and food up two and three flights of stairs gets old after 9 days. Otherwise, the place is very nice.

Capo beach stay
Property was great, lot better than I expected, especially since I grew up in the area. Will stay there again. Great mellow stay, really liked the grill on the oceanview patio, I was grilling with friends everynight!

Huge room, ocean view, great family resort activities, the perfect beach vacation!
I was worried about this resort from other reviews I found, so between that and the low cost we went in with pretty low expectations, but we were SO pleased with our stay! Our one bedroom suite was very comfortable, big enough for our family of five (three kids under 5) to spread out, and we had a great view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook on site, and we made full use of the BBQ grill. There were trains passing by regularly, but the noise didn't bother us and my boys loved watching them pass.
The resort hosted family activities throughout the week including poolside bingo and a coloring contest which our kids loved. They did try to get us to a sales presentation for their time share product, but we were not able to attend with our young kids.
I think the resort is a good midway point between big attractions like SeaWorld (60 min) and Disneyland (40 min), but we spent all of our time in Dana Point. We especially loved the small Baby Beach right by the Ocean Institute where the kids could play in the sand and wade in the still water. We would love to come back!
