We spent a week at Greg's house and loved every single moment of it. Great location secluded in the woods, yet just 3 minutes away from Bolton Landing's beach and main local attractions. House is very clean. It is in excellent condition, and fully stocked with all necessary amenities. Greg is a great host, answering within minutes. Highly recommend!

We were looking to spend some time together before 2 of our 3 kids returned to college. The Lake George area was the perfect spot, and this house made it even better. From the open floor plan, to the secluded location up the hill, we enjoyed the large kitchen and family room, the screened in back porch, and the yard which included a fire pit. Everything was clean, and the fresh smell of the pine wood trim added to the rustic feel. The location of the house made it easy to access the shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing, spend some time boating on the lake, and squeeze in a round of golf. Greg met us at the house upon arrival, and gave us a quick tour. He was very easy to deal with, and extremely helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Bolton Landing!

Very well kept vacation home nestled in the woods. Very quiet so perfect place to rest and recharge batteries. Greg goes above and beyond to welcome guests. Home is well equipped and maintained. Cleanliness in impeccable.

If you are looking to spend time in the outdoors but with the comforts of home this is the prefect place. The homeowner Greg was great to work with and the home was very clean with all modern necessities. Be sure to have a 4x4 when visiting to make it up the hill.

This house is a great choice if you’re staying in the Bolton area, as our party of 5 did in July 2019. The house is very secluded in the woods, so very quiet, yet it’s a quick 5 minute drive to Bolton’s Main Street and easy to get to other locales, such as Lake George Village and Saratoga. The owner was very easy to deal with and communication prior to our arrival was great - he had someone waiting at the house to greet us upon our arrival. It’s a modern house with central A/C and modern appliances. We would definitely stay here again when in the Bolton area.
