Cute vintage cottage just steps from the beach. Photos and description were accurate. The pillows and mattresses are not the most comfortable, and the shower head needs an upgrade, but these were only minor things compared to the overall feel and location of the cottage. Enjoyed our stay and would return :)

This was our 2nd stay in this beach house. We definitely hope to go back again! The house itself is a gem - beautifully kept and homey. The neighborhood is quiet, quiet, quiet and only 3 block from Coneheads ice cream. And the proximity to the beach is unbeatable,

Cute cottage in a great location. Steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the pier. Well stocked with most everything needed for cooking, laundry, etc. It could use a good cleaning/ dusting and the sofas and chairs in the living room are old and worn-out.

Loved the location of this cottage, it’s right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop and mini golf. The cottage is quaint, comfortable and well stocked. Communication with management company was excellent. The only con is parking, you get two spots but they are very tight if you have a larger vehicle, we have a full sized pickup and luckily the unit next to us was vacant so we were able to comfortably park. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about this place! It was exactly what a beach house should be. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and right on the ocean! We will be back!

My mom and two daughters and I had a great visit to St. Augustine Beach being able to walk to the beach every morning and to restaurants every night.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandpiper. Cute little house near the beach, it was clean & well kept. The location was great for the beach as well as within walking to restaurants. The property was clean & even had some necessities when we arrived. (This was not something we experienced w/companies we've previously rented through.) We had a great time!

This was our second time to rent this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. There will definitely be a third!

Loved the location and the size of the cottage. Listing states main bedroom has a queen size but it was actually a full. That's a problem for a 6'3 person. There was a probably with the AC that took a few days to fix but the AC guy that came out was awesome and stayed late to fix it. I would stay in the area again.

We loved staying here and took every opportunity to spend time on the beach. Everything was great!

2nd time I've booked while attending concerts ant the St Augustine Amphitheater. Saves driving back and forth to Jacksonville. Will absolutely book again!

Great place...cozy, comfortable, we were just 3. Very clean. Appreciated beach chairs and picnic table. One twin bed is squeaky so 1 person slept on pullout couch. Everything good in kitchen...we ate most meals at house. ..good to have that extra 1/2 bath. Good wifi.

This location is perfect for enjoying all that the St. Augustine area has to offer. The sunrise and beach day are steps away from your back porch, St. Augustine Beach restaurants are walkable, and downtown St. Augustine is a 15 min drive if you don’t get caught by the drawbridge. The house is clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen tools, and easy parking for two cars. The location was surprisingly quiet, both at the house and on this section of beach…we enjoyed the space. There is nothing we would have changed about this location and would book again next time we are in town.

It didn't take long to feel "at home" at this house. The furniture is nice, but perfectly comfortable. The colors and decorations are soothing and lovely. The kitchen isn't huge, but nicely stocked. And, really, don't spend your vacation cooking anyway. But the best spot is the sunroom. Readers should expect to plant themselves in the oversize chair. And breakfast just tastes better at the table in the sunroom overlooking the dunes. The walk just over the dune (itself a lovely path) leads to a stunning beach. Adventurous walkers can make it down to the pier. But if you're willing to go just 2 blocks, pop into Kookaburra for coffee/tea and a breakfast pastry. By afternoon you'll need to walk down to Coneheads for an ever-changing selection of really good (not cheap, but tasty) ice cream. We hope you have as good as a stay as we did!

Everything was clean, had everything in the drawers that anyone could possibly need. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 with twin beds and a hideabed in the living room. The 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with a half bath off the kitchen. Just a 4 block walk to my favorite beachfront restaurant, the Beachcomer Restarant at the end of A St.

Well-equipped, steps from the beach, tastefully furnished, this cottage is a delight. We would love to have stayed longer, and hope to return sometime.

Great little house, but keep in mind there are dunes between your view and sound of the water. Nice area for walking to restaurants and coffee shop. My wife and I watch TV in bed, so it was good that I brought one of our televisions from home because the screen in the bedroom was the size of a laptop. Alsshower head. needs a new showerhead.

This place was the perfect beach house! Right on the beach, and so convenient for surfing. On a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Super quiet house that had everything you’d need! Clean and historic home, exactly like the pictures on the listing. Within walking distance to more restaurants than you have time to eat in. We will definitely return to this house! Loved it!

Cozy, vintage beachfront cottage. Nice little neighborhood - friendly neighbors. Just steps to the beach thru the dunes. This section of the beach is closed to vehicles and is very nice.

This property has everything! Exactly the kind of spot we needed and a great environment for the family.
