Pool water was cloudy and didn’t look clean.

Mattress and sheets were great

Breakfast was great! Lots to choose from! Location was good from where I was visiting with many food options and shopping Staff very friendly and helpful

Microwave didn't work in our room Elevator broke down last night of stay having to go up and down flights of stairs but not really in the staffs control

Location, friendly, clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. My fridge was freezing everything so I had to pull it out and turn the nob down and it worked better with no freezing. I didn't get to swim but the pool looked nice. The walls are pretty thin but they do space people out so as long as they aren't fully booked you probably won't have anyone in the rooms to either side of you. I come from a very small town so having close access to so many restaurants and shopping was awesome.

There is only 1 ice machine on the main floor outside the pool area and I did have to take the elevator down to get ice. More of a slight inconvenience than a dislike. I stayed 4 nights. They didnt clean my room 1 day for some reason. It got missed.

Walls were paper thin, heard a lot of noise from other guests. Poor quality, very small workout room. We did kit have our room cleaned despite requesting it be cleaned

Staff was accomodating

Elevator broken. Ice machine broken. Parking limited.
