The staff was very courteous and friendly. Even though the property is right by the freeway, there was no freeway noise.

I reserved a room with 2 beds as I thought my daughter was going to come with me, she didn't. When I turned down the covers to get in bed it was clear that these sheets had already been slept in. There was something that looked like sand, as well as male body hair. Parts of the room have not been dusted in months, and the room needed a good vacuuming. There was no supervisor on property as it was Sunday morning when I came to make my complaint. The front desk girl acted appropriately appalled and apologized. Thankfully the second bed in the room appeared to be clean.

Public spaces very dirty and worn out. Terrible security--the keyed security door could not be closed. The room was not cleaned well.

Extremely comfortable bed, dog friendly, friendly staff. Perfect for a one night stay while visiting the parks. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Carpet had a lot of stains. Property felt outdated.

There was no breakfast due to covid they had coffee/juice. The pool wasn't busy so it was nice to not have a lot of people in at the same time the room was clean. The customer service was great

Website clearly shows breakfast is included. It is not, which is frustrating since this is one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

No elevator, pool looked murky, room smells a bit smoky.

It’s located near interstate 15.

The room had hair on the bathroom floor and opened soap containers. We were on the first floor and could hear children running, jumping and playing in the room above us and in the hallways outside our door. No breakfast even though other hotels we stayed at had either a bag breakfast or buffet.

The place was old and dated and dirty! Paid a pet fee and honestly the carpet in our room was filthy. A 4 lb dog couldn’t have done anything! No food offered at all - not even a brown bag to go breakfast. Rest of our trip was spent in Best Westerns. Full breakfast, no pet fee and sparkling clean. Won’t book ABVI again.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Everything that is happening above you is super noisy. The walls are thin you can hear almost all the conversations from the neighbors in the next room. There was a dog barking in a room non stop a couple rooms down. The shower had green buildup and was just basically one stream in the center and did not adjust (very warn out). The carpet was pretty gross), and I am far from a clean freak. Bring ear plugs.
