Convenient location for where we needed to be. Lots of close restaurants. Very nice staff. Clean but older.
Some things worn down, walls and paint need touched up but it hasn’t been updated in years. Mattress were not as comfortable as I hoped, needed flipped at very least.

the heater was making a terrible screaming noise called the desk nothing they could do so we turned it off the room was very cold and between the hotel and booking . com I was giving a whole 10% credit wow thanks 🤷♂️

The location was great, the pool was clean, with plenty of towels. the breakfast was delicious and well stocked.
Drunk men knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Even when asked to go away his construction crew were loud and didn’t listen. having a conjoined room was inappropriate with my children, as we could hear everything the gentleman in the next room decided to enjoy at 3:00 am if you understand my meaning. They didn’t clean the room between days. We had to ask for resupplies.

The facility was clean. It was in a good location. Staff was very friendly.
There were no refrigerators. The beds were horrible. They were Spring mattresses thst need to be updated desperately.

it was a long day for me and was looking forward to a great rest. At about 10pm, I woke up to a crying child which was in the corridor with parent. understandable con
onsidering it was a long day for the child but what really upset me is the dog they had with them. it was a puppy that just wouldn’t be quiet, kept me up! why oh why would front desk

Room was dark and smelt smuggy
No microwave or mini fridge in the rooms
Teenage girls had rented rooms on the same floor and they found it appropriate to run up and down the halls yelling and spraying perfume everywhere past 10pm. Only one adult was with these girls. We checked out early because we didn't want to deal with it.

Location was great. Hotel is clean. Staff was helpful.
Horrible uncomfortable bed. Too hard. Room with single bed too small. Hotel can use update.
I was not able to use a different card to pay for my stay since I booked third party . That made it inconvenient for how I wanted to handle my payment .

Getting to the location was exciting. The traffic patterns are different than anywhere else. Lane swaps under an overpass???

The room, although super small, was clean. The staff was very friendly & the free continental breakfast was typical. It was conveniently located to the highway & close to stores, & restaurants.

Location was good for our trip.
There was not much left and no coffee left for breakfast when we arrived at 8:30 and we understood the breakfast would be running until 9am.

Needed a room along the highway, not alot of choices...desk clerk was helpful on the phone, suggested booking online because he only had 2 rooms left. I had booking.com app on my phone so it was easy-peasy! Friendly desk clerk, room was small but clean and quiet. Not there but for about 8 hours.

Hampton has been our brand of choice for many years. when we arrived to check in we were notified that Hilton has changed the pet policy to allow pets in ALL rooms. This does not work for families like our with severe allergies to pet hair and dander. This policy is not consistent with the stated policy on booking.com which specifies that pets are not allowed. we were not able to complete our stay at this hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Hilton. we will now need to identify a new preferred brand.
