We were greeted with a friendly cheerful associate. He suggested we park in the back of the hotel as it was closest to the elevator (our room was on the 4th floor). He offered to bring a luggage cart to the back door. The next morning, only one elevator was working. Levi and Javien understood the frustration and were super quick in fixing it. After a quick breakfast, we were surprised to see both elevators working again. At breakfast, both Thomas and Ashley greeted the guests with a cheerful - " Good morning!". My husband asked if there was any crispy bacon. Ashley said she would make some and bring it to his table. What service! I was impressed with the variety of food offered. The Danish was awesome. We'll be back!

We were sorry we hadn't book this hotel earlier in our trip.

Stopped in Cedar City overnight on a road trip; booked last-minute, everything went smoothly. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The carpet was covered with stains throughout the lobby and hallways. The old carpet odor permeated everywhere in the building. There was no coffee for breakfast. The staff said that the "package" hasn't arrived yet. This is the second time I was same old story. The location was convenient for our frequent trip to Vail, Colorado from Los Angeles. This booking was second stay. I encountered exact same problem first stay and I was told the same excuse about no coffee for breakfast.

Staff can be prickly sometimes. And our mattress was so old and used that it had dips where people have slept. Which made it hard on my back.

I reserved the wrong dates. They were able to get me a room anyway. When I asked for a free cancellation on my original, nonrefundable, reservation, they refunded my money immediately. Very decent. Oh, and the room was clean, comfortable, roomy and pleasant.

Hotel facilities were comfortable, clean and maintenance.

The room was renovated and clean. There was a guest laundry room. The crew was welcoming. The breakfast was really good and diverse. There were a lot of dining options in the area.

There was a smell in the corridors and the pool. There were no quarters for operating the laundry machines. The beds were too soft and not comfortable for a long sleep

Terrible experience! I booked two rooms 7/22 for myself and my disabled elderly parents Room 104 was handicap accessible and 102 was not. We were put at the very end of the hallway closest to the exterior door. The door slammed every 2-5 minutes and keep us all up ALL night. People entered and exited the door slamming each time until 2am every five minutes and then it started again at 6am. The front desk rang busy all night and I had to call on my cell phone twice at 11pm and 1am to complain. I contacted the front desk this morning and was told Rex, the manager would call. He did not. I demand a refund for both rooms for this horrible experience if I ever hear from him. The curtain was also torn and the refrigerator made loud noises.

The La Quinta was in a great location for attending the Shakespeare Festival. It was right down main street of town. It was very easy access to the hotel. The room was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety. The parking was perfect because you could park very close to the elevators. I loved the keys because they were tap and go. I loved that they had a refrigerator in the rooms. That is a great selling point. The AC system was very good. We walked into a very cold room the first day. The staff is excellent at the front desk. The lobby area and the pictures in the rooms are beautiful.

The elevator felt like a furnace. They do need to fix the air in the elevators. I wasn't crazy about the breakfast but that is my personal reasons. They did have a big variety of hot and cold choices plus they did have several waffle makers. I have not seen that at other hotels.
