the location was great! surrounded by shops and restaurants! the event we went to was only 10 minutes away!

Upon arrival the guy at the front desk was very rude. we arrived around 3:40. Check in was at 4. He told us to come back in 1 hour because the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. When we finally got to our room, the pillows were dirty, the room smelled, the toilet wouldn’t flush. Overall the facility is run down. We turned the air on and it smelled awful. We were only there for 1 night so we sucked it up and stayed. We were checked out by 7am

Worst Hotel I have been in a while, in the morning there was no hot wated in the shower and by noon it was scalding hot and unable to regulate.

There were quite a few choices for breakfast that made everyone us very happy! I would choose this hotel again. Staff was very nice and very helpful.

They gave me a dirty room. The hot water didn’t work. I had to change rooms twice. The bed was extra hard and low. This was the worst holiday Inn I ever stayed in. I always stay at the holiday inns. If you look at all my points you would see that. This location needs to closed down. The manager needs to put some money into the place. It need a tremendous update.

We smelled Marijuana as soon we got off the elevator to go to our room, and it smelled the whole night and into this morning when we checked out. I told the guy that checked me out, and all he said was oh ok like he cared.

The breakfast was ok and the hotel location was convenient.

The room and the hotel interior was in terrible condition. The excuse that the staff uses is they are renovating but, that's clearly not true since there was no evidence of that. The tiles were cracked, the couch was sunken, the decor is dated, the curtains had brown stains, air/fan never ever turns off, the outlets were loose and dangerous. The bathtub may as well be a shower only since it's about 13 inches deep. Cracked drywall on ceiling. The sprinkler has dark reddish brown splashes all over it. By far worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

For some reason the fire alarm went off about 3 AM and scared the bejesus out of us! Other than that everything was great!

Good location near interstate and stores. Good mattress comfort and sheets. Young fellow with glasses and South Asian front desk staff very friendly and helpful (can't say the same about the other front desk staff we encountered). Breakfast included even if its quality was very poor. Air con worked well. Plenty of parking.

The hotel was old, worn and had a dirty feel throughout. The only bit that was visibly renovated was the lobby, but maybe we stayed in non renovated rooms. Rooms definitely in need of renovation, and lots of small issues - the light did not work in the bedroom, the electric sockets for the coffee machine did not work, no plug for the bath in-room couch was stained. Breakfast basic and the coffee was undrinkable, and left lots of sludge on the bottom of the cup. This hotel is far, far below the standard of HI Express elsewhere.
