The room was old and the carpet was very dirty. No hot water for my shower. Could not control the temperature in the room. The heat was either on or off. Setting a specific temperature had no effect on how hot it got. The staff was nice.

Despite being advertised as being “recently renovated”, the room I was in must’ve been missed. Broken lamps, tv remote not working, damage to the doors, ceiling, floors, my son saw roaches, cigarette burns in the bed, I will not go back.

clean rooms and the staffs were great. Breakfast was good. we had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn.

Bed bugs was present had to leave .. Carpet dirty .. Room smells like old dogs .. The First Lady that sign me in was nice .. The gentleman that I ask for my refund after my experience he didn’t want to give it too me until I said I was calling the police and I wasn’t leaving without one .. So finally he decided to credit my card.. This experience was terrible but I got what I paid for .. Expedia you should take this off your list ..

We were bitten by bed mites so we couldn't sleep. The sheets were torn from cigarette burns and the cleaning was terrible.

My day was terrible room smelled like smoke and must , floor was very sticky and dirty bathroom was dirty . Bed had used sheets and smoke holes all over the covers . You can tell they do not clean the rooms or care for their customers . Asked Tracy the property manager for money back she refused and was very disrespectful . They have a if your not happy with your stay you get a free night policy . That was is not true they do not care they just want your money . Will not be returning and honestly is not safe for anyone .

This was the worse experience ever with any hotel establishment. The building was rundown. The pictures on the website were not up to date. Cigarette burns on the spread. Hair all in the tubs. Some type of brown mess looking like feces on the wall. If the pictures were up to date we would never have picked this place. Not to mention we both have some form of bug bites all over our bodies. Run folks run!!! Never again. I have pictures to show for all my claims.

tooo old. they should remodel for this price. it is way expensive for this price. never come back and never ever recommend to any one. Better to sleep in your inconvinient car rather than paying for here.

Guy who checked me in looked like the iron she’s kid was pleased with everything he did keeping other guests quiet and really clean place

It was really nice and my room was clean and ready, only thing was there wasn’t towels in the room yet but that was taking care of pretty fast

It was ok , a little noisy and there were no towels to shower with for the first 2 nights . Breakfast was served early so missed it first 2 days.

steer clear from this location! my room reeked of cigarettes, even though i selected a non-smoking unit, mattress was covered in stains, shower had a substance splattered on the wall, and etc…

The main water line broke, showers were down and they said we could extend our check out and then the cleaning lady was rude due to their lack of communication. Terrible stay. Not worth the cost.

I had no problems about my stay but the bed is definitely in need of a new mattress. It’s beginning to slouch in the location where people have sat and slept.

Rooms smelled bad. Felt dirty. Won’t be staying again. Staff was at least friendly though.

The general area wasn't the best, obviously it a old hotel in need of a upgrade. The were hole in both top blanket and second blanket, the sheet were clean, and you can see the staff washing and cleaning room. The breakfast was not bad and the sitting area was clean. The staff was pleasant and it's right off the freeway and close to national retail chain and restaurants.

Excellent location with good breakfast. However, my room was cleaned on alternate days and not daily!. I hope to
stay at Quality Inn in the future and will recommend it to visitors to Columbus.
