It’s was okay. Cheap and clean.

Despite being advertised as being “recently renovated”, the room I was in must’ve been missed. Broken lamps, tv remote not working, damage to the doors, ceiling, floors, my son saw roaches, cigarette burns in the bed, I will not go back.

clean rooms and the staffs were great. Breakfast was good. we had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn.

It was ok , a little noisy and there were no towels to shower with for the first 2 nights . Breakfast was served early so missed it first 2 days.

The main water line broke, showers were down and they said we could extend our check out and then the cleaning lady was rude due to their lack of communication. Terrible stay. Not worth the cost.

I had no problems about my stay but the bed is definitely in need of a new mattress. It’s beginning to slouch in the location where people have sat and slept.

Only really there for sleep. Had to leave early morning. No chance for breakfast.

Rooms smelled bad. Felt dirty. Won’t be staying again. Staff was at least friendly though.

The general area wasn't the best, obviously it a old hotel in need of a upgrade. The were hole in both top blanket and second blanket, the sheet were clean, and you can see the staff washing and cleaning room. The breakfast was not bad and the sitting area was clean. The staff was pleasant and it's right off the freeway and close to national retail chain and restaurants.

Excellent location with good breakfast. However, my room was cleaned on alternate days and not daily!. I hope to
stay at Quality Inn in the future and will recommend it to visitors to Columbus.

room smelled bad, air vents broken, both chairs stained, torn, and dirty, bed covers stained, toilet seat broken and had burns, shower head covered in lime, dusty furniture, old mis-matched furniture, filthy carpet and a roach crawling up the wall!!!!!! I took pictures! Scariest and worst hotel I have ever spent a night in

The room looked nothing like the pictures and it smelled terribly of mildew and cigarettes

The clerk at check in was pleasant and the room was comfortable. The check out experience on the other hand, was not great. The lobby door was locked so we had to wait. And when the clerk did come in, she had an attitude and was rude.

Room was very dirty and the bathroom was infected with ants. The walls in the room were crumbling into piles on the carpet. I informed the front desk in the morning but the lady did not really care.

Room was ok. Carpet was dirty, but the bed and bathroom area were clean. AC worked and the room was comfortable during my whole stay

Room was advertised on hotels.com as having 2 queen beds. It had 2 full beds.
There was an empty Gatorade bottle on the floor from a previous guest.
There were no bulbs in either of the lamp sockets next to the bed.

The blow dryer plug didn't work. Maybe it was a breaker but I didn't ask for it to be fixed. The people were great and it was very close to our purpose in the town

The front desk receptionist was lovely to talk to and she was very kind to my family. There were no qualms of any sort during our stay. Her husband was a wonderful man that was consistent with his duties. We came to the inn for Dominion Camp Meeting and this inn is blessing and we were blessed!

One of the cheapest places around, only 10 minutes from downtown Columbus (at half or a third of the place of similar places in the city); staff was helpful, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Next time I head there, I will definitely stay there again.

Nice clean room in great condition. Breakfast so-so. Desk staff was great. Would stay again.
